Looking at the reviews of the mech mods (excluding K100s) I think the TVS seems to have the least issues.
I was looking at the Private V2 but decided against it.
I have been lusting after the TVS for a while....I'll just stay the course and get that one.
Plus they have a driptip (new today) that would go really good with it - I have this exact one in stainless

the new drip tips look awesome don't they? I like the slanted ones.
Oh! They have been getting OODLES of kewl driptips!
I have found during my vaping journey that I am not so much into mods or atomizing devices, but I LOVE driptips!
I think I have acquired DHS (Driptip Hoarding Syndrome), lol

Ok so far I've loaded the Juice Peach and yea, it is pretty good. I like it as well as the Dekang Mango.
Then, I loaded up the Vitamin-A flavor in an iclear and well... My hands curled up within 5 minutes and I can no longer grip small items. I'm on crutches now and may have to have my legs amputated because of rampant arthritis that has developed.
Seriously though, it's an odd taste and I wish like heck I could explain it. It's not strong at all, and it doesn't have a bad taste to it. I've never chewed up a vitamin A tablet so I don't know if that's what it tastes like or not. It does have a pleasant throat hit though. Having said that, I don't think I'll buy it again. If it were the only juice I had, I wouldn't have any problems using it, but there are just too many other flavors that I really like.

Impressive typing skills for a man who now uses his knuckles.

They have the Samsung INRs, which many prefer over AW IMR, Sony 30 amps, and MNKEs.

Samsung over the Sony? I was gonna get the Sony, but haven't really looked into these ones yet as I have plenty of batts. Would you suggest the Samsungs instead? I trust you Ray, and it would save me some research time lol. I want to check out some tests that show the drop off from 4.2 to 3.8 or so volts. Whatever can hold in that range the longest. I've been wanting the AW 1600 mAhs, but a bit spendy.

EVOD starter kits.

I'm talking about the EVOD batteries with the EVOD tank. They have large mAh 1300?

Anyone have experience with these? Are they cheap chinese garbage? I've heard stories of DOA and the such, thinking I'd rather spend 40 bucks on the real thing.

Some of those are real look for the ones that say Ego/Evod because from what I could tell none of them are the real Evod style batteries with the flush mount buttons. Also check reviews and the discussion tab alot of times the question has already been asked there.

I know, but I really don't have all that much money to spare for the moment :/ I was thinking of just getting the iTaste VV for 24 dollars. That would have an ohm reader on it. I might get the vamo in a month or two though :vapor:

Thanks for the reply :)

Thumbs up on the iTaste VV, discussions thread says they're sending V3 even though it's not described as so... it's like having a pimped out Ego... love mine for out and about.

New Oddy clone. For rebuildables I use drippers, and on the go Evods (and a Kanger ProTank 2 coming my way), so I've never tried a rebuildable tank. I do dig the sleek look of this one though. Hmmmm..

I got the same one with the clear tank yesterday, it's kicking .... right now ... I have to warn you it does take some tinkering... I should probably write up all the little changes you have to make to make it work well.

What do you guys think of the Dekang/Hangsen Mint flavours? I have never had the mint flavours.
Are they really minty (Spearmint or peppermint) or are they more menthol-minty?
Dekang Doublemint = pretty much like the gum. Only mint Dekang I've had. Came from a B&M with their label on it which I peeled off and it said Dekang under it (I was aware of this before buying).

Well yeah for vapemail day! I got my first bcc (evod) with some replacement heads. Also got some Hansen liquid. Juicy peach - awesome. Ry4 - needs to steep very perfumy. No problems and it only took ten days including labor day weekend.

I have some of the Hangsen RY4 too, I want to like it, but there's a weird aftertaste that bugs me... hoping some excessive steeping will make it better. Juicy Peach is great right out of the gate.

I have had 5 these Pyrex DCT's in heavy rotation for 6 weeks now and I am really impressed with them. They are defiantly pyrex and they have held up to great with several good drops onto concrete and my hard wood floors. They fit both smoktech flanged cartos and boge XL cartos like a glove. I can pick up my vamo in 18650 mode by the tank and shake it pretty good without the carto slipping any, that really surprised me to be honest. The finish is holding up great so far, and I have not been babying them at all tossing them in my pocket with keys and such. My only complaint's on them is the fact that the end caps are not removable, which I am getting used to and the fact that included carto tasted funny, which at this price wasn't really a big deal. These are a great deal if you are looking for a cheap carto tank, just get some good cartos to put in them.

I got one of those from Clouds of Vapor about 6 weeks ago. Works great :)

I have. I use 28g kanthal in a micro coil at 1.1 ohms. I use a cotton uwick and works great. I want to get more of these.

I must be the only one that can't get the I-ATTY to work for me... I must have done 10 different setups on it, my main gripe is muted flavor. Tons of clouds, but I don't care at all about that. My Oddy, IGO-L and even crappy JUK23 are much better in the flavor department. I've tried a micro with cotton setup, but for me I couldn't get the cotton to wick fast enough (burnt taste)

I don't know what stores you have there but in the US you can pick them up at Walmart, Radio Shack, just about any department store that has tools. They're about $10-$30 (and higher if you want a really good one).

You can't use a Vamo to pre-test a wrap before cutting it off. But it does take the place of needing an inline multimeter to check the head as far as the mod is concerned.
A multi-meter also checks batteries, which the Vamo does but you don't want to have to take batteries out of everything and swap them around just to check the battery in your mech.
I tested 3 Radio Shi* multimeters in the store..junk..purchased a $40, returned it the next week. I couldn't give a good reading to save it's life. truthfully save the money and use it toward a another brand or a good VV/VW that can read your ohms and batteries.

Seriously, what he said.
Spend an extra 50 bucks or so and you won't be sorry. A quality multi-meter is invaluable for all kinds of things outside of vaping. Get a decent Fluke. There are TONS of them used on ebay for under 100 bucks. Once you have a decent meter, you'll discover hundreds of uses for the darn thing. Getting a mid-range Fluke will most likely last you a lifetime if you treat it well.
