With my authentic vivi nova I had to sand down the center pin on the 510 connection to get it to even catch a thread on my egos. It would bottom out before catching any threads. I used a little sand paper and it went alot quicker than i thought it would.

You sanded it flush with the threads?

Cant remember the technical explanation,

N01 is RMS

N02 is AVG,most people use this.

Are you in VV or VW?

VW, it was suggested to me to use VW so I wouldn't haveto worry about voltage. What is AVG and RMS?I actually have a vision CE6 on right now set at 10 watts and seems to be vaping okay...

It's fairly simple- I'll give you some basics.

RMS measurement, is more accurate in predicting the actual power delivered to the atomizer. For instance, a 4.1 volt RMS measurement will deliver 5.6 watts to a 3.0 ohm atomizer- and that is around the same for a mod (like the Provari) that delivers non-pulsed DC to the atomizer.

Where VAVG will deliver significantly more wattage at the same apparent displayed voltage.

The reason RMS is preferable is two fold:

1. Simple accuracy.

2. More suitable for low watt vapers or low resistance users who need to pull the volts back a long way.

Not my words.

Im normally happy at 8 watts,so if you get burning, dial it back a bit.

Thank you! So RMS is NO1? You said before most people use NO2...you say now NO1 is preferable? Just wanna be sure? I appreciate your help.

I def need a new eVic, may be delicate as a desert rose but I loved how all the info was on the screen.

And my Vamo V2 Stainless Steal from fasttech has ego threading too.

I picked up my eVic at Panda ecigs for $84 shipped with lifetime warranty. I will take that deal any day of the week and pay the extra 10 bucks.
