I don't think it's threaded. I think it's just press-fit into the sealing material. I have used the small screwdriver to pull out the center post on my Protank. It works well!

Usually not threaded - just fitted in. Glad its worked for you.

Nope, not threaded, it's a smooth SS pin inserted into a rubber insulator. Glad you got it going though :)

I actually realized it wasn't right after I posted. I guess just turning it slightly allowed it to be where it needed to...

VAMO

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vamo/375871-vamo-ohm-error-fix.html

Read the model specific forums before you use a product (or buy a product IMO). Look for problems and the fixes for problems/ways to avoid the problems.

He just needed to adjust the T3, its not always the pv. Also cheaper if you mess a T3 centre post than a Vamo one.

I have to agree there. I have an evod where only about half of the normal amount of ego threads were cut into the coil base (genuine kanger btw). It works fine on one of my ego battery's but won't screw down enough on the other to make contact with the positive pin. Pulling the center pin on the evod head out a little fix's the problem.

Yeah, I wasn't about to start messin with my brand new mod. No way!

Same ban here, ecigs were sold legally in pharmacies for a while but without nicotine (a joke), shortly after banned and pulled completely out of the shelves. Nowadays they're persecuted criminally like dope dealers... B&M stores are a secret...

That's so sad..... If the nicotine in cigarettes if fine. Then why can't we get our nicotine from else where?

The viva nova v4 is pretty nice. I rebuilt it and it works good. Not used to top coils anymore lol. A bit on the warm side.

I thought I read a couple pages back links weren't good to post idk lol.

It's odd, but when you hover the cursor over a FT link it says, "link changed by ECF." People asked about it in other threads, but the mods didn't have an answer. I haven't read anywhere that a link can't be posted. I was thinking it might be links that use Vapor Joe's blog as a gateway (he gets $ for click throughs) that are changed, but it's all the FT links.

Turn in the man card. You're supposed to tear stuff apart before you use it so you can see how it works. :)

There's really no messing involved unless it needs it because of something you did. The LOΩ fix thread tells you what to look for to see if this is the issue. If it is the issue the cause is when poor design and user error collide.

I like my Vamo with the flat eGo thread adapter. I set it right where the contacts meet and I can tighten my tanks down without worry because they're tightening against the adapter not the contact.

Okay. Review time since I've been playing all day. PS I am still awake - no judgments.

The skull/dragon tips - both vape great. They're coated with some sort of plastic sealant, I believe, so no flavor reduction there. The only problem is in the pictures, it looks like you vape from the back of the dragon's head. No. You vape from his mouth, so after my boyfriend made fun of me for making out with the dragon, using it feels awkward, but it still looks really awesome. No problems with the skull

Hubby calls me his little night owl. It looks like I have some serious competition! lol

I don't think that little dragon drip trip can live up to this guy.

Where did you get the flat ego thread adapter? Sorry to get off subject.

I ordered two of the Kamry pro tank clones today. Hope they work decently. If I like them I'll order more. I was going to order a bunch but I wanted to try them out first.

I really want a MVP and a SVD but I just can't justify the cost right now. Hopefully soon...

I should have my kamry tomorrow or Monday I'll post a pic.

Type D for the Vamo and Vivi Nova or Protanks.
Type C for my eGo batteries and the same tanks.

Gives a much more sturdy feel (and finished look on the eGo batts).
A lot of places have them. I'd be amazed if FastTech didn't.

Something like that. I'm sure that would work to at least keep from pushing the contact in but people in the Vamo forum thread about this weren't. They insist it be the type D with the lip.
