Just had a thought, which is Dangerous.

It looks like everything BEFORE 9/11 is getting a lot of scanning, BUT stuff after that is going through without having to be scanned.

Just a thought, because they were trying to keep everything that is a possibility explosive out of the air. Think about it, an explosive liquid (not e-liquid, but explosive liquid) and a battery to set it off. Lots have gotten batteries and liquid after a LONG delay (having to be scanned), but also a lot have gotten the same (not scanned) in no time at all (considering it came from China).

You might be right there, it's a date where security personnel get twitchy and so heightened security is perfectly feasible, whilst they would be less worried about parcels shipped after that date.

Of course I think the terrorists should be supporting the American economy by buying US made bombs and not these cheap Chinese clones that fail to go off half the time.

I'm one of the unlucky ones. All my 8 orders where delivered to the post after 09/15. I didn't buy any batteries. Four of them with juices only. But none of them were even accepted yet. I think I'll just forget about them. The hardest part will be without doubt the Customs. I'll save my strenght for that.

You're not the only one. My 2 orders say shipped on Set 13. Both accepted Sept 16th. Been sitting there ever since. One order for SVD kit. Other order, charger and batteries. Oh well.
On the bright side...I just got a pair of Kanger Protank 2 kits off Ebay for $30. with free shipping. These even have the "beauty ring".

I too saw the pices clone, and was just about to pull the trigger and realized it was for 18xxx batteries. They need to get a decent 14500 mech. Ended up getting the bagua14500 from chinabuye for ~20$... Though they kept referring to the batteries an such in their kits a stems... Felt like I was looking at crack parphnailia.

Preparing shipment I believe is when it hasn't been picked up at the business yet. They schedule the pickup, get the label for your package and it gets picked up/dropped off at the post office and it goes from preparing to accepted.

I ordered today for the first time and decided to upgrade shipping since I know international snail mail is ludicrous at times with delays and such..... Just curious if anyone has feedback regarding this service and transit times or delays VS. free shipping methods.

Preparing shipment I believe is when it hasn't been picked up at the business yet. They schedule the pickup, get the label for your package and it gets picked up/dropped off at the post office and it goes from preparing to accepted.

USPS is telling me it was already accepted. Then it goes into the Origin is preparing for shipment. I dont know whats going on but my patients is slim. I go the mail box everyday hoping they forgot to scan it in the two airports they are supposed to. I was so happy with the shipment on our first two orders that this is making me want to spend the extra money for a states side vendor... I say that now, but I will probably go back.

FT has that same battery for $20 and theres some US retailers asking $35 for it. I was even considering it at one point because it will do 6volts. Went MVP instead and never vape anywhere near 5 volts much less 6.

Dude has a knack for finding the most expensive items out there.

Look at every other battery out in this form factor. There is no way it does 6 volts. 5 is pushing it.

Some news for all of us waiting: fasttech shipped sep.10, HongKong post stated its recieved (waiting) as of sep.11 USPS lists as accepted sep. 11
Today sep. 25 HongKong post has confirmed release for final destination leaving sep.26 (now)! My order included ego and itaste batteries. Hope it gives confidence to all the others waiting. I would be getting this package about now normally...so I guess I am about a week late (I hope). Considering the scare I put myself through after reading all the news... not all that bad. Don't think I will ever order overseas for things I need but...for back ups and cool little clearos etc. for pennies on the dollar I may try again...

So far I do love this little box! Comfortable in my hand, the battery meter refuses to move even after chain vaping all day/night, and the included iClears hit like a freight train Honestly, I think I'll now have to drop down to a lower nic level with this combo.

Actually, the long wait from HK had left me with time to feel a little "buyers remorse" for not waiting on the VTR. But now that I have the MVP in hand (and saw the Video showing how ridiculously HUGE the VTR is), I think I'll be good for a nice long while. Didn't even know fasttech sold mvp2, good news because its true! A great device! I got 490 puffs on the green setting alone average voltage 4.2 average power 7.5-8w. Flavor...my juices are all new to me, with plumes of vapor!
