Well order from 10/11 (6th order since 9/7) cleared SF today (had an extra 5 day wait for stock). Should have it 25th or 26th. So even with the extra 5 day wait I will get it in 14 to 15 days. My dice rolls have been going good, so I just placed order #7. All ship next day stuff, nothing liquid or batteries, mostly empty bottles for mixing, tired of trying to wash out old bottles, just cant get some flavors/odors out of the bottle. Well lets see if my dice are still hot on shipping and delivery, if so I should get it by 11/6, if not no biggie, nothing I really have to have tomorrow.

Need some help from the Fasttech tracking gurus. My pack was shipped but nothing shows up when I track it. I chose USPS first class option so im not sure how that works coming from China to the states. My tracking number starts with LK and ends with HK if that helps. just curious how to keep tabs.
When did FT say it shipped? Typically, I can not track it for 3-6 days after FT says it is shipped.
Use this tracking system - it's more accurate until (and sometimes after) it enters the USPS:

Yeah, I have one that says shipped on Nov 1st as well. Still not showing anything on tracking. I just looked at my past orders, and the quickest it showed acceptance was after 2 days, some at 4 days and some at 5 days. And considering the 1st was Friday, I would not be concerned at all yet.
In my experience, it typically takes a few days to hit acceptance and finally be able to track it. Then it typically takes a few days to process through HK. Then a day or so to hit San Fran. then it is 2-4 days to my door. On average, it is 10-14 days to be in my mailbox from the day FT says it has shipped. Unless you bought juice or batteries, then all bets are off.

Well, they're definitely in the wrong on the ticket (as long as you haven't been adding to it. Their software automatically bumps your ticket down the cue when you add a new response.) As for the package being returned to them, however, that's entirely not their fault. Would you blame a US vendor for a package that USPS lost? Well, this is that situation times 100.
I placed my order last month on the 24th, and it shipped on the 26th.

Good news, I think. My order of Oct.22, finally made it to HKP Friday. I got a tracking number from FT, but it was useless until this morning.
This morning, it actually worked and got "in transit", this evening it changed to "processed for departure". I will anxiously check every few hours to see where it is.
I am wondering why some of you have received different messages from HKP.
Next time I order from them, I will pay the extra postage for expedited delivery. I have ordered lots of stuff from China, from Greenhouseone, Deal Extreme, and Health Cabin with deliveries generally getting here in under a week.
I stopped by a new B&M shop here in Grand Rapids, MI today, and was stunned by the pricing. Although the shop had a very good selection of batteries, mods, and vaporizers, the prices were double the China price. To keep a retail store front going, one has to have at least a 50% gross margin which means a 100% mark up.
They might do in an emergency, but I simply cannot afford to buy from them. It might seem unfair to not support your local merchant. but then again, the ecig market has grown so much that competition has become brutal.
On our main shopping drag here, there are at least 6 smoke shops, not to mention all of the gas stations, convenience stores and supermarkets that sell analogs. Their pricing is fixed and the margins are a lot lower, but the volume much higher.
Ecig B&M's are sprouting up all over the place, and I know of at least 5 in Grand Rapids. I wonder how much longer they will be in business. If the market for ecigs gets that big, they will become a commodity just like analogs.

That's crazy that it takes X amount of time for an order from someone when someone else purchased a day later and received it in less time. Perfect example, I ordered on 10/23, product showed "shipped" on 10/24, went through customs on 10/29, left hong kong on 10/30 made it to San Fransisco on 11/01 and was on my doorstep on 11/02. I guess I feel like I got lucky huh lol.

You've probably got another 4-6 days before you'll see any movement. Depending on what you purchased, some stuff has been stuck over there for quite some time (like a month lol) so don't get your hopes up. It took roughly 10 days from the time I ordered to the time I vaped with my new toys, and I consider that to be on the quick side coming from Hong Kong. FastTech is NOT where you go if you need it in a jamb... so don't go making any phone calls too soon!
My order for one iTaste VV kit placed on October 10th, shipped October 21st, and its last tracking activity says it was accepted at HK post on the 24th. Hasn't changed since then... it's been almost a month since I placed the order. Whats the deal? God its taking literally forever!!

10 days is not bad at all! I wouldn't even mind waiting 20 days .. I have high patience levels .. NOT really lol. But for "free shipping", I wouldn't mind waiting 20 days. However, looking at the status as of now, it has been 8 days and NO movement at all. Doesn't look like I'll be able to vape on that stuff for a month
