Good thing. Hopefully packages will now ship faster. Really hope they'll find a way to ship batteries for free (or cheaply) though.

EDIT: This was in realtion to fasttech no longer shipping batteries other than in the "proper" way. Forgot to include the original post I was responding to...

Yes, as I read it HKP is still the provider for USPS shipments to the USA. Other countries are being re-routed.

Not according to the lastest disclaimer posted.

"To ensure quick shipping, FastTech is no longer using Hong Kong Post.
US orders are now routed via the same service provided by Singapore instead of Hong Kong Post.
Delivery times will be more consistent across the board."

It is posted right at the top of the page now. Where the old disclaimer used to be about a 15 day wait.

I had two orders ship out last night as well with a HK tracking number. I would assume this applies to new orders, but I am not sure and would have to place an order to find out.

No, they weren't invented by the chinese...
..

But they made it happen. Whatever you are vaping now is down to them. If being commercially astute is a crime then shoot down capitalism. But if you would rather live in a wooden hut in the woods with nothing to heat you but...wood. And no electricity. And no internet. And no mobile phone.

Be my guest.

I don't usually read the FT forum but I was bored so I was browsing and I saw an interesting post from some one who used Swiss Post and surprise-surprise, FT packages were found to contain prohibited items so they are xraying every FT package now and you can expect multiple day delays on any FT packages going through Swiss.

Ordered on the 21st of October, and the order had batteries. Using 17track, i got this message: The item is being returned to sender through the acceptance office, please contact Mail Tracing Office at (852) 2921 2211 during office hours if necessary.

What should I do now?

I also placed an order last week and its about to ship out from hong kong, this one doesnt have batteries

Is anyone else having issues visiting Fasttech? I've just traveled to Vietnam and now when I try to go to fasttech, I get a captcha code I need to type in to access the site. However that would be all fine but even after I type it in I get no photos and no navigation of any of the links I click on except login. Maybe I need to use a VPN or mask my ip address via a usa site? Any suggestions?

Update
Used a US based proxy and I get in without a problem. Must be the vietnam censorship at work.

Once FT receive the item back they will refund you via PayPal. It's worth raising a ticket if you still want the non battery bits sending out again.
