I think it's possible that FT reships them as soon as they return. I know I had three packages stalled in acceptance on the 21st of Oct. I received a notice that I was refunded for one of these two days ago. It was just there. Nothing on the tracking system, them bam!Because many times that tracking info is false. There have been many posts here where the poster says that their package says 'returned to sender' and then all of a sudden the package is sitting in San Francisco. I have no idea why that happens, but it does.

I had started tickets already, so you'd think I would have got something from the staff regarding this. I didn't even get a staff response to the ticket. Jasmine sent a notice, and when I checked my balance the refund was already there
I'm waiting to see if the other two 'magically' reappear in the system
edit: The package that got returned did have a battery device in it. The other two did not
Maybe all of us had to learn, and your right there IS fault to all involved. I think now at least things will start settling down. I hope so at least.
I had thought I'd wait a bit, but I just placed another order for one of these.

Couldn't resist. It's too sexy, and it got a lot of love on the reviews
This order did go SGP. After reading a few recent posts, I thought it may end up in the HKP swill (my luck).
I hope so too for you!I had one that said returned to sender and then it showed up in SF. I've got a package of toppers that just got 'Returned to Sender' today, I hope it pops up in SF as well
I agree we had to learn. My first order I had batterys in it I did not know about the shipping issues. The day after I placed that order I found this thread and learned of this issue I contacted fasttech via there ticketing system and asked them not to ship the batterys they contacted me 3 days later telling me my package already shipped. This package is still in acceptance. Out of the 3 orders I have placed since then I have received 2 and 1 is still packing.
I learned batterys are a no no via this thread and after my first order I never ordered them again.
But how many people are posting on this very thread stating that they ordered batterys and how they sure hope they make it. This is causing un-needed delays, and they are just as guilty as fasttech in all of this.
Yes, I can reason with the troubles that FT was having. I would prefer to get what I ordered as opposed to not. That would be the way to handle it.It is quite possible that if a package gets returned without a prohibited item, that they turn around and resend it. In a way, that is what I would expect from a vendor. If they know nothing in it is prohibited, they would still rather have the sale than provide a refund and thus will reship it.
Guilty, ordered 4 batteries about 3 or 4 weeks ago hoping they would get through, still am hoping.
Wow! That REALLY sux. I hope you've filed a ticket for that. I don't blame you for being mad either. I know HKP had a lot on them too, but that's no excuse for such negligence. I would file a formal complaint against them as well. Hope it works out well for youWell, my package made it through OK. About three week turnaround from order. However, the nice inspectors at HK Post decided not to seal the seam where they opened the package up very well. Opened my mailbox to find a partially opened envelope, with only one of the seven items I ordered in it. To make matters worse, the only item left was the only non-vape item on the order !!!

you can order batteries from FT but with a 50$ shipping cost perhaps adding more items making the shipping cost worth it. i don't know if anyone here used this method of shipment.
You know Ref, I hope they get through to you too. Haha. Can't really blame one for trying
And the shipping company wants to make a buck tooI agree Fasttech should have stopped selling them. But that is only half of the problem the other half.........We keep ordering them.
You can't put all of the blame on them. This happened because both sides are greedy. The buyers want to save a buck and the seller wants to make a buck.
To be honest, my view is the responsibility is on the vendor not the customer, if they sell it they have the responsibility of how to ship it to me and which postal company to use. I am a customer not a shipping expert, it's their job to get it to me safely, admittedly I was aware there was a chance they couldn't and I took the risk of it not happening but I don't feel it's my issue.
I would be good with thatAnd the shipping company wants to make a buck too
Honestly there should be a straight up slow boat option...period, if it's a hazardous cargo item...it immediately gets put in a big ole conex box, and when the box gets filled up...it's loaded on a container ship and sent, whether it takes a day to fill the box or a month
