I wasn't looking for a general reply to my question ... I am very well aware of what season it is, and the increase in market demand during this time of the year, as well as some increase in transit time ... Being a former internet retailer myself, I am no stranger to doing business with China. I wanted to know specifically about the current transit time to the US, from fasttech AT THIS TIME. This includes order processing, and shipping.

I want to know if using Singapore Post has made overall transit times better, ie: processing through the postal facility. So thank you to everyone who answered, and has ordered from fasttech within the last 15 days.

These things have been changing literally package to package, you are asking a question that is impossible to accurately answer on this forum.

If you want NON-General - My last 6 orders were Received within 2 weeks of Actual shipment from Fasttech. That still tells nothing as a multitude of others have had shipments from Delayed to never received.

OK, so I get shipping notification for my two orders that shipped out from Singapore yesterday they were dispatched from Los Angeles hub one is in my mailbox today and one I have no idea. Ordered those two on the 26th and 27th of Nov the one I got was the one that was ordered on the 26th. If your a dripper the drip tips here are awesome.

I am getting pretty upset with fasttech. I have had issues with my last few orders. Why all of a sudden do they have these issues with shipping? My last 2 orders when I track them take me to Singapore Post and the tracking numbers don't end in HK like they have before,which makes me think something is wrong. I submitted tickets for my last 2 orders today, so hopefully I'll hear something soon from fasttech. I think I'm done with them. When I use to have my orders in 10 days max previously, now the order doesn't even make to a trackable status for 2 weeks. Sure, it may be China Post or whatever, but I think I'll just have to bite the bullet and stick to ordering from the states.

11/18/13 placed order - no batteries, no eliquid, 13 different items ordered - 16 piece total quantity
11/23/13 order shipped - out of focus picture of 1 package attached to order - unable to confirm ship to address or shipping #
11/24/13 to 12/3/13 no information available in regards to tracking # - any search resulted in no information found
12/4/13 submitted ticket for Fasttech to track package due to this message from Singapore Post tracking - Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article) which in my mind indicates that a label was printed but that was all
12/5/13 current message when tracking package with Singapore Post Posting Date 05-12-2013, Status Date 05-12-2013, Status Description Despatched to overseas (Country code: US) which indicates to me that the package was never actually taken to Singapore Post until I submitted a tracking request ticket to Fasttech

Now I do have to admit when I first saw the 05-12-13 date I was thinking MAY 12th for several minutes until I pulled my head out and realized the rest of the world does day-month-year (which makes more sense than month-day-year if you think about it)

now all my previous orders from Fasttech take 2-3 days from shipping date to reach LA and then 10-12 days from LA to western SD (they all get routed around the whole country - happened with all 3 previous orders) so I get to wait an additional 12-14 days now

My next order from Fasttech (if there is one) will involve me submitting a tracking ticket the day after I get the confirmation that it was shipped

It was only missing 1 item out of 13 total ($10.39 out of $147.76)

I did video tape opening and unpacking the package along with submitting a ticket for the missing item in case they need proof (mentioned this in the ticket I submitted due to their limitations on size of attachments to tickets)

I don't think you have a reason to be upset. Nothing is wrong: your package is being sent through Singapore Post, which is why you have different tracking numbers, ones ending in SG. Use 17track and you'll find tracking information. Sorry I'm being somewhat short, this is not an attack, just a statement.

The shipping "issues" have been with us since September, so it's not exactly "all of a sudden". The last 500 pages of this thread have been constantly awash with discussions of shipping...generally speaking, you may be waiting 3 weeks instead of 2.

Everyone needs to decide if the savings are worth the time needed to get their new toy into their hands. I think they are, but YMMV.

It was like everyone said and would not thread in all the way leaving a slight gap. After tapping the top cap connector pin with an allen wrench and hammer it now fits perfectly! Aside from the holes being machined in the opposite direction everything feels pretty solid and the quality is good. I can't compare it to the real thing, but hey, for less then half the price it doesn't really matter. Juice taste great and clouds are thick. All in all, it was a good $37 worth of stuff. I will probably order again and be less impatient since I now have a frame of reference.

Thank you all in this forum for posting your shipping information because without you guys doing it, I would have thought it was lost. At least I was able to see that I wasn't the only one going through the wait.

Yeah overall, that is not too bad. Mine was shipped two days after yours and I received one of two today and the other is in the US somewhere. I also have 2 more orders outstanding. 1 of them has been despatched to transhipment hub. (intentional misspelling because that is how their system spells it). One has not been shipped yet, but I chose epacket on that one to see how much difference there is. I got a refund (GC) today for my order containing ego batteries that never made it out of Hong Kong. Just past 60 days since the order was placed. There were some back and forth communications on the final details that went rather quickly and painlessly.

I got the tanks and egos I wanted from a US vendor in a black Friday sale, so I'm not sure what to use the refund on.

hmmmm, mine has followed a similar script so I'm hoping I get mine this week. Ordered on 11/26, shipped on 11/28, processed through Singapore on 9 Dec, sorted in LA on 12 Dec. So maybe it leaves there tomorrow.

Based on posts in this thread I figured 3 to 3.5 weeks, so hopefully that's how it turns out. I have about 15 items coming, only thing I really need are the EVOD replacement heads.

So you're upset with Fasttech because the Singapore government/system is holding up shipments? Countries have laws and bureaucracy. I send stuff to Europe all the time and it takes three weeks as well. It's called the world we live in. :shrug:
