Has anyone ordered, or accidently ordered with "unregistered mail" I placed an order on a rda and it was only 5-6$. and I didnt realize I needed to upgrade to First Class shipping or whatever for a dollar or 2. It SHIPPED Nov 8th. So its been about 6 weeks now and no signs of my vape mail. And to top it all off, theres no tracking so I can't even see where its at.

Has anyone had this experience? Should I be more patient or worried its not here yet?

Orders seem to be taking about 3-4 weeks. They don't seem to lose as many as you would think. Your call if the savings are worth it.

Do you really care if or when you get it? If it is an item that you can wait a month plus for then you can save some money. Some packages never make it and dealing with a problem takes forever and is extremely fustrating. However, they don't rip you off. You will either get your item or your money back. I feel three weeks delivery is a pipe dream now days. You are looking at a month plus. It is a trade off with price Vs. convenience. They have great prices if you know what you are looking at but lately, this company seem to be run by Larry, Moe and 攣毛 .

Use this tracker for checking your status. Track Shipment(s) 17track and USPS don't track lk...SG tracking numbers well at all. It will help ease your mind a bit.

Thanks! I saw this place on facebook earlier and I entered my tracking info and it does at least give me some info. I know they actually shipped my order and Fasttech don't actually deliver the goods, so they are at the mercy of China/Hong Kong/Singapore Post. I don't wan't people to think that I am bashing Fasttech.

Fasttech has always made things right with me through credits (or gift certificates as they call them..lol).

It just sucks royally having to wait so long for things now. I am waiting for stuff I ordered for other people too, and they are getting antsy.

I just wish it was back to the way it was for my first several orders. The days when I could buy things like 4 panasonic 18650s from China and have them in 10 days...lol

My last 2 orders placed late Nov got here within 2 weeks. But yeah, if you can't wait a month then pony up the extra and get it stateside.

If you have something to use in the meantime, I would say go for it. If it gets lost, Fasttech will issue you a refund. You won't lose any money from Fasttech. You will lose $20 guaranteed though if you order from the states due to the higher price tag .

It will come, I don't hear a lot about things actually being "lost." It just takes a loooonnnnnggggg time.

They put up a bunch of replacement glass tubes for various attys today. Is it my eyes or are the edges on the AGA T2 glass really chippy and rough?

Patience is the key. Mine is being shipped to the Buckeye State as well. Stupid me didn't select HK post which in the past took 6 days. SP uses the one arm man row boat method apparently.

Patience is the key. Mine is being shipped to the Buckeye State as well. Stupid me didn't select HK post which in the past took 6 days. SP uses the one arm man row boat method apparently.

My first package through HK post is on week 4 now; at the rate my second package is going , by comparison to the first. It will be here in 2-3 weeks. I think they're starting to get it together imo.

The bad news is we are dealing with Christmas rush season which overloads mail systems world wide. By the time that congestion clears out we will be into a whole series of Chinese holidays that will make supplies difficult to get pretty much everywhere.

I figure things will settle around Easter.

FT all around has gone dixie since August...poor customer service...bad refund policies...no answering of tickets....forums full of idiots whining about an order 2 days after they requested it...and Chinese shippers that destroy, steal, or lose packages or take 30-45 days to deliver...I use to be a loyal customer for 8 months or longer, now I don't use it or recommend it to anybody....yes the prices are good, but everything else sucks..

My first package through HK post is on week 4 now; at the rate my second package is going , by comparison to the first. It will be here in 2-3 weeks. I think they're starting to get it together imo.

I have been ordering from FT for around 6+ months now. Longest shipping time was 6 days to my door. Shortest was 5 days.

From my perspective the shipping became worse. Not a big a deal, but I don't tend to sugar coat things.

I order from stateside to get some more supplies while I wait. I had a few tanks die and I lost my touch rewicking top coils. Also got an order of NET liquid I want to use in a dripper. I am dying to try that stuff. It's been on the shelf a week+ and was hoping the shipping delay would be enough for me to let it steep more. Unfortunately I am getting that edge to break it open.
