I've just noticed that FT says it is now shipping the MVP v.2 - https://www.fasttech.com/products/1352000

It would have been cool to hold out primarily for the ohm meter but I am real happy to have been vapeing my V1 for the last two months. The little problems that they fixed don't really bother me.

Apparently, from reading other threads, they still didn't fix the button wobble :p

Who has the Helio? I got 3 diff rba's the other day and this one seems like a joke. But maybe I dont know how to use it. Does the ring rotate to adjust air flow? Mine is solid and the inside/outside holes are 180 degrees off. Dont think this is correct. If the ring is just pressed in they must have made a mistake on this one.

No, they do .... but an SVD in 18650 mode is a little rough to travel with. The MVP size to battery life ratio is pretty epic. :)

It's become my fav mod too. I don't even bother with the Provari anymore.
I use 2 MVP's in rotation, a ZMax mini for beat-around on the lawn mower kinda stuff and the SVD on a limited basis for the dual coils stuff I've been tinkering with.
I'd like to have the constant power feature of the V2, but it's no big thing to me. The MVP just works too well and I know when I turn it on in the morning, it won't go dead today. Using the puff counter, I average around 1150 puffs per charge plus or minus 50 or so. It's WAY more convenient than lugging around a mod in 18650 mode for sure.
I'm not gonna waste money on a V2, but I am excited about getting a couple of the iTaste VTR whenever they get around to releasing the dang thing. Check it out, it's ultra cool if you like the MVP you will love this one. No word on the mah rating yet though. Judging by the size of it, I'm going to guess between 1500 and 2000.

The gave me the option of exchange for specific items of my choice or store credit # I took the credit and they sent me the # immediately. Of course this was after they received the bag of 6 items I sent to their return center addressed here inthe states Fla to be exact. Whole process took about 2 weeks but no questions asked they gave me full credit for everything I sent back. From clearomiser to lcd batteries I'm very satisfied and feel comfortable ordering anything they sell as long as they offer the return and warranty policies on it..

oh yeah! XSTAR VP1 charger for $31.25!! :D

Man I was hoping they would actually sell these for a really good price.
Of course that's a real good price, especially considering it's free shipping but I always hope they will see it for REALLY cheap... hehe.
oh, and beware (if you care), the VP1 is known to be a favorite for people to make fakes. It should come with a hologram sticker and a serial number on it. you can check their website to see if it's fake or not. I can't remember exactly because I didn't keep it, but the box does look like the one mine came in if I remember correctly.
Also got a confirmation back from them yesterday about a product request, they are planning/trying to procure Kick boards for all these fantastic Mechs we keep buying. Hopefully they won't try to sell them for 15 dollars or something.

Oh yeah, VTR has been on my list for awhile. It actually doesn't have an internal battery, it takes an 18650 if I recall correctly. The design reminds me of a 70's camera.

I guess the bright side is that you didn't receive the wrong item and then have to go through the hassle of shipping it back to them.

I got one of those once ... for what it's worth, the correct item ended up arriving BEFORE the rest of the order, by a few days. Go figure...

Dear Craig,

During packaging, we discovered that the item 1329700 we were about to ship you is with a little problem, the supplier has provided the wrong stock to us. To avoid further delay, we have shipped you everything else except this item. We will have it replaced and shipped to you as soon as possible.

It will be shipped with a separate tracking number and we'll e-mail that to you when it ships.

Please let us know if you have questions about this arrangement. Thank you.

Kind regards,

Lydia

I can understand that. I've been thinking of a new VV/VW and considered the SVD but am not sure if telescoping can fit in my ecig pocket (which can hold 2 Vamos or eVics). I'm sure I could kill an MVP in a pocket.

Yeah, imho it's a GREAT device, but one that should stay home. Too much risk taking it out. (The SVD)

I would gladly take it out along with my eVic or Vamos. The problem is the eVic is already tight in some of the pockets, the SVD is 2mm larger.

Yeah, it's pretty darn tall with an 18650 ... I run a 350 in it sometimes just because I like the way it looks better (but I have to swap the battery every few hours with the 350)
