That's what they say anyway. Yet they keep taking money and throwing packages on top of a supposed pile.....

That's because people keep sending them money. They have notices all over the web site. If you got caught before the warnings went up (like me) you have a minor point but only minor one and it is with HK Post. If you ordered after the 8th or whenever the warnings went up then it's on you to put up with the HK Post debacle. It has nothing to do with fasttech. This is like blameing Red Box because the US post office lost your DVD.

Now, if you want to talk about taking forever to answer tickets and many items out of stock and some messed up orders, then I'll bang the drum with you.

Well then i guess you would lose your bet. Took them eight days to ship my order. On day seven they decided to split up my order, saying my IGO-L would ship within the next 12 hours and my SVD within the next 2 days. SVD still shows accepted on 9/3 (and has yet to move), while IGO-L was accepted on 9/4 and has arrived as a defective dud. I don't care if it's out of their control or not(the defective product they sent me certainly is), IMO it reflects bad on fasttech period. The fact remains that they have had my money since 8/26 and right now, on 9/18, i have NOTHING to show for it. NOTTA! As a paying customer i have every right to be pi**ed at them, and reserve the right to speak my mind just as all the fasttech homers speak theirs.

Calm down. 99.9% of all the orders get shipped on time as promised. And yes, on occasion, orders get messed up or a supplier doesn't deliver stock to FT on the promised delivery date. Heck, sometimes they just screw up. But it's not the norm. your package has been held up by the POSTAL SERVICE for the last 14 days. NOT Fasttech.
I just got a package from what is likely the most reputable vendor in the US and it was missing a 100 dollar Mod and has 1 defective and authentic Smok twist battery in it. It happens. I'm not going to trash the vendor over something like this because I know it's an anomaly.

And you can complain all you want, I don't run this place. My post was meant for others more than it was for you. When someone posts a "FastTech sucks because my order didn't get to me when it was supposed to", I also reserve the right to counter that with a post stating that literally dozens of my orders DID get to me on time and I've NEVER had a defective product yet, not a single one.

I get people are frustrated, I get to read the constant whiny posts every day over something no one but the Authorities in Hong Kong have any control over.

YOU chose to save a few bucks by importing goods from the other side of the world, that's actually my profession I buy goods from all over the world for the company that employs me, things happen, containers miss a connection, random holidays occur that you didn't know about, customs delays, lost paperwork.

You can avoid them all by spending more money, YOU chose not to, that's the facts of the matter, learn from it, either the value of speed of delivery to you or patience.

Oh, ok...now they are just whiners. Gotcha...

Since everyone else is sharing, I figured I should too:

I guess thats not so much "sharing" as it is "bragging". :p Moving along quite nicely, especially since the original estimated ship date was the 18th. Anyways my point is, some are moving right thru, some are being held. At this point it's a coin flip as to what THE POST OFFICE does, FT done their part, two days earlier than they originally said as well.

Most of us here are in the same boat. We also have goods that we paid in advance for being held by bureaucrats for who knows what reason.

I'm mad at the people that are holding my goods, not the people that sold them to me. They upheld their part of the bargain.

Hopefully your shipment won't have to tour the USA before getting to Cincinnati. My first package has seen NYC and Louisiana already. Hoping it's on it's way to Minnesota. But, the USPS might have some other stops planned.

can i ask what 'stealth' is? i thought people wanted like a lot of vapor, i don't get it  haha! sorry i am a bit of a n00b :( well i guess i am just used to using attys and a bit uneducated on cartos. ah yeah i did have a look at the fattys description.. is a little bit bigger isn't it

do you recommend those twists? i was looking at that but they were so fat looking lmao. and i also thought, i'm a pretty light user, do i need all the VV? that's why i went for the ego C upgrade.. i can't stop looking at your cute avi haha

Stealth means without being noticed. Vaping when one does not want any one to know. Thus, the advantage of low vapor. It's mainly for people like me who used to smoke and need our "fix" when perhaps it would be less than socially acceptable to do so.

A 650 twist is a great device. You may not be using the "twist" (the VV part) now but you will probably like to be able to play with it in the future so it is worth a little more money. I am rocking one of these Fastech 650 mah right now and I have had good luck with it. https://www.fasttech.com/p/1438900 And, with the money you saved on using Fastech you can still get a little 450 mah and still put some change in your pocket. You'll just have to wait for the shipping.

Now, I have answered many questions for you, I would like to ask you one. Just what does MCR stand for? The only thing I can think of is Marine Core Reserve but that isn't a place

Happy for you. Some have good experiences(you), others have had bad(me). Perception is reality. I made one order, which was split up into two. One arrived defective, the other sits in limbo for almost a month and counting. Baaaad perception. 0 for 2! Not good odds..

Hey! I received a package today.

View attachment 252896

It wasn't from FastTech, but it makes me happy.
I got something today from a USA Vender. I ordered a BLACK eGo, Got This

Pink.eGo.jpg

Pink Just DOES NOT cut it for Me, they did take care of it and are shipping the black, but they still sent the WRONG THING.

Afraid this may provoke some tense replies but I am curious: How many US vendors are buying their batteries and accessories from FT or other China based companies? I would imagine most are...so the items bought from them would be the same quality, right? Or am I mistaken and there are manufacturers here in the US?
No, everything comes from China

I suggest not using them again. Use a reliable local supplier where you know you will get your order in a few days.

But they can still send the Wrong item, See Above...

No, Jason (the USPS truck driver) usually comes by the house to drop my stuff off straight from San Francisco before taking the rest of the truckload to the Cincinnati hub. He's a pretty cool guy, likes dragons and stuff.

Well, my order from the 5th just magically appeared in my mailbox today. I assumed it was still sitting in HK as I've received no tracking updates. Checked tracking just now, and it appears to have teleported straight to my local PO.

13 days from shipment to receipt, only 3 days more than my average from FT. Not too bad at all. Those of you still waiting for things that appear to still be stuck in HK, don't despair. You may find a surprise in your mailbox sooner than you expected. The only thing better than vape mail is surprise vape mail!

The only thing here not from FT is the Kayfun Lite. I've got the 24K plated Trident on the Chentinel (the factory coil reeked, so I'm going to rebuild it tonight), and the Kayfun on the 18350 Bagua. Need to sand the post about a mm on the Bagua so I can fit the KF flush, other than that this kit is ready to vape. Great bargains all around.
