I actually had a package move. 350mls of liquids from another China vendor has been steeping away on the tarmac in Bejiing magically showed up in Nashua, New Hampshire tonight.

I checked mine and found a red Volt/Bolt clone =] Nice, deep red with an included extension ring =] it's pretty and not as heavy as the Bolt, so my arthritic hands appreciate it. I've had/gotten rubberized Bolts, a couple of gun metal Bolts, lots of PVs the same style since it's easier on me. It hits good, is lightweight, but I think I'll take it to work with me for the rest of the week to test it out to put it through the real trials =]

Oh I love this thread. Reading about fellow vapers also anxiously awaiting orders from FastTech I also find it ironic and amusing that I kicked one horrible expensive addiction with a really cool one that comes with gadgets So I am having a difficult time making a decision but I want one of these for my collection. All gold brass mechs, similar in price and reviews. I am determined to order one tonight but can't decide. Since I have received such wonderful support and advice from this forum thus far I figured I would ask you guys. Basically my criteria is rugged durability, reliability and longevity. Basically which one is the best? I am hoping the responses will help me make a decision.

I just placed another order myself. Still got one in acceptance since the 10th, and then no movement. But it is what it is. I ordered spare stuff, I still have needed stuff coming from USA venders (5 different orders), even though they sometimes get it wrong like the order I got today, (got a Pink eGo instead of a Black eGo, I can't handle Pink). But I am not worried about ordering from FastTech, or SlowTech, I have time to wait.

This is what I like to see, people understanding the process of international shipping and not the whiners =]

The silver colored one says aluminum and brass under materials. The gold colored one only lists brass.

Didn't they used to have a stainless one too? (edit: n/m I'm thinking of the Private clones)

Yes, one is all brass and the other has some brass parts and some aluminum. The threading on the aluminum is soft and people have been having issues with the 510 connection. The all brass is also a lot heavier.

So many people think long transit means your juice has been steeping when in fact all it's been doing is sitting.
Steeping doesn't start until you remove the cap which cannot be done in a sealed box.
Sure many people steep differently but the only thing that's not different is cap removal.
