Despite my lectures to myself that I have all I need, plus some left over, I've just ordered the VTR. Absolutely great price at $71 - literally one-third of what it is selling here for.It will be my present to myself for 6 months off cigarettes....that's a really good rationalization.

If/when you get it, it will be your one year anniversary.
But that is a great price from what I've seen.
Mixed reviews and the thing is suppose to weigh a ton, but it is sexy. Take a read in the VV/VW forum before you impulse buy.
(Besides, you want an MVP first, much longer run time and more pocketable.)

Started a ticket to get a refund last night 28th BUT now it shows Destination - United States of America
The item (LK039785812HK) is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of 29-Oct-2013.
Something screwy going on? I don't have a tin foil hat but I will be ordering one soon.
Tracking showed returned to sender on the 23rd of oct.

I've already read all about it. At that price it's tempting but I still want the MVP for a number of reasons. The appearance of the vtr is hard to beat though.

I think I'm all set with Fasttech for a while. My silver eGo arrived with some glue dried around the upper part of the battery right under the button and the button itself isn't right. The button is like a diamond design not the button like another eGo I have. It's been refurbished for sure, very shady. Check it out. This is how it looked out of the box. I have since lightly sanded away the glue. It has been working fine.

I don't know about the twist, but the top portion of reg egos aren't glued on (Press fit). My bet is that it popped off and someone made a messy halfarsed repair. Why Idk..

Yeah it could be that. Not sure why the button is so different, feels different and the bottom of the button sticks out more than the top of the button when looking at it upright. I'm guessing the entire top portion of the battery was replaced or something. Either way it's not brand new for sure.

Completely satisfied with my MVP. Don't know why I would order anything else. The added power feature that lets you use the MVP to charge other devices like e-cigs, cell phones, tablets, etc... makes it easy to cost justify.
