Yep. The question is: Did USPS suppress the tracking information on purpose? It's happening more and more. fasttech is not paying for tracking, so why should USPS provide it for free?

my first experience with fasttech sucked....ended up with a refund after 5 weeks...however i will say their customer service is legit and ill probably try ordering from them again in 2014

Doesn't that just kill you. You almost wish they would be biatches about it or rip you off so you could walk away in righteous disgust. Instead the experience is just bearable enough and the savings just good enough to suck you in again!


Still in "acceptance" since Oct 24th. Still no word back on ticket heading in to day 3.

Hi Capt Shay - Not to add to the any negativity in this thread, but misery loves company
I'm in a same boat. I ordered on the 21st and its been frozen at acceptance since the 24th.
Day 2 with no response to my ticket. I suppose all they'll be able to say is its being held at the post office.
It really makes me wonder what happened at the HK post office on the 24th? I believe I"m the 3rd person in this thread to mention orders being held since the 24th. Unless the post office moves it along or sends it back to them I suspect the folks at fasttech will be as in the dark as we are. Its a shame I like fasttech, fun site to poke through and great pricing, but I think once I'm clean on this order that will be it for me. Until HK learns how to run a postal service, its useless to order from them.

I wouldn't dare post this on their community forum - its brutal to read.

UPDATE - I just got a response from my ticket and as I suspected, what can they say. It's the post office at fault, not fasttech. They apologized for the delay and explained its the on-going xray requirement at the post office. I thanked them, closed the ticket and felt like an idiot for having opened it. If the status shows as returned to fasttech, its an issue they can and will handle. If the status is at being held in the post office, fasttech is as much out of control as we are.
Lesson learned - I'll go back to trying to be patient

I will order some juice this week and won't touch FT until january/february when i come back from vacation. Imho, buying anything in december will receive the same treatment all of our packages got in the october holiday week.

I just made two more orders from them. I split them up so 2 items that were on 7 day waits would not hold up the rest.

Nothing major. Some iclear 16's and a 30, some extra heads and some drip tips. I expect they will get here in the same amount of time as my previous 5 orders or so. 2 weekish. I only order stuff from them that can take awhile to get to me, and these clearos and drip tips are extras and some handouts to friends.

My neme clone has left San Fran as well!

I have four orders that are still in HK!! I believe one is being returned to them, but the other three are taking forever. I'm already going to have to return some stuff because it's taken since mid October for one order and I've already bought elsewhere. I know not to expect anything timely with HK post, but damn!

Going back a few pages...still looking for a bagua 2 tone clone in 14500 size...anybody out there see anything? I'm surprised I haven't been able to track anything down yet...seems like it would be a popular mod. So far the only thing I have found is in the link below, but it's that wholesale crap and I'm not trying to buy 5 of them...
