Private-sector companies -- and even most other branches of the federal government, like, say, the Army -- aren't required to fund their health benefits so far in advance. It's an albatross of a financial burden on the USPS.
This is caused by the 2006 Congressional mandate put on the US Postal Service contained in the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act of 2006 to prefund healthcare benefits of future retirees, a 75 year liability over a 10 year period. No other agency or corporation is required to do this. This provision costs the Postal Service $5.5 billion a year.

That Taifun just arrived on FT today and won't be in stock for 5 days. It is nice and I'll order one...eventually. I'd like to at least receive one of my outstanding orders first.

Got my order last night, after a soak in hot water and dish detergent and rinse. I put it over the register to dry. Unfortunately didn't get to test everything because I had to take my daughter to dance.
Quick notes because some were recommendation by then fine people here
The last I really used a bc type was back when they first came out. You had to fill them with a needle through the gasket upside down. They got to be a pain and just never tried any again and stuck with the top coil... for ease.

The coil is okay. I can't go above 7 watts without it dry hitting. I will have to rebuild it at some point with cotton. It still delivers a nice vape.
I got a few drips tips. The longer types which i linked in another thread. I think I will need to pick up some washers for them because they really don't fit any device snuggly.

Ohhh. Also received my nemy clone head replacement. Hmmm.. It works better than the one it came with. Still the 510 thread is not 100% nice. Some boges will work others won't. All of the tank do work this round, but it isn't a perfect fit. Not sure I am a big fan of the air holes. Seems like they are temperamental. Had to adjust everything again with the smok kick. Finally got it working. It works okay. Nothing for me to rave about. I do like the form factor but my eldest daughter likes the look of the SVD better.

Interesting. The fact is that you save much more than a dollar by shopping at FastTech. My FastTech Igo-Ls are going strong and certainly not made from "inferior quality materials".
Obviously there is an element of a crap-shoot in this. I have some 510 attys from FT that vape well but have appallingly rough threads on them, to the extent that I have to use them with an adapter. They were, of course, very very cheap.
