Ordered the itaste vv v3 7-in-1 kits (came with a bunch of iclear 16's
1 day after it shipped tracking on hong kong post said it was being returned to sender
FT support said "oh this happens dont worry"
I said bull crap it does. But waited
1 week 2 weeks... Support told me to wait
3 weeks they said wait more... I said yeah what ever give me my koney back... They refused
4 weeks... I got irrate and demanded my money back immediately. They said they cant because they didnt get the package back yet.
I thought.."ok you scammers i can play that game" and told them i was filing a claim with paypal.
2 days later i got my money back.
So
After over a month i never got it. But i did get my money back.
So why would a company keep using a shipping method where the items are continually being "returned to sender" and people dont get their stuff? I am not the only one there are tons of posts on their forums with people complaining about this same issue.
You can offer cheap pricing but if your shippers cant ship the stuff without losing it then your cheap prices mean nothing.
I will never order again from fasttech until they open a usa office and start shipping from inside the USA.
It should not take more than 2 weeks,,,3 weeks tops to get an item from china no matter what shipping method is used.
usps type shipments ship daily from china and arrive in the usa the next day or two.
customs only takes one or two additional days.... The rest is the slow USPS here in the usa
