I bought the 10 pack of evods at fasttech but bought my replacement coils at discountvapers Kanger Coil Heads/Innards since I wasn't totally happy with the coils that came in my evods. I would rather pay a tiny bit more knowing what I am going to get and Eric at discountvapers is a well known and well respected supplier. JMHO
FT Ego Twist set arrived today. Includes USB charger, CE5 clearo and a 650MaH ego Twist. Charger works, CE5 looks fine but I don't need to use it as I have several Evods on the go.
On to the Twist, build quality feels good, dial at the bottom feels secure. There is no mark at the base to judge the voltage so I scratched a strip of the black off after turning the dial down to 3.2V. There are 3 voltages labelled on the twist, 3.2V, 4V and 4.8V. So with my new mark I can approximate the voltage, there is a definite difference between the 3.2v and the higher end of the scale so the VV is working Ok.
Only used it for a couple of hours but so far I am very happy for the $15 it cost.

That is a concern also. My wife said it would be funny if it vibrated when you were vaping it. That would be delightful the first time, but I think you would get over it pretty quick.
FastTech is a vender so what 'cha gonna do.

I may be wrong...but from reading on here...the Evod Replacement coils that I got from Discount Vapors, were knock off Evod coils. I got the 5 pack of Evod coils from them before I had ever heard of FT. The only reason I believe they are knock offs, is because several people here on ECF said if the coils don't have the ohms etched in them, they are NOT Real Kanger Heads. None of the 5 that were in that packet I bought from DV have any etches on them for the ohms. I've only tried one of the five...it worked OK.
Many times I've seen knockoffs at Discount Vapers. You have to be VERY careful and read the description.
I have 3 packages currently hung up in San Francisco since Saturday, hoping that tomorrow will be the vapemail day of epic proportions.
I've got a blister pack of 1.8 ohm and another of 2.2 ohm one bought online and the other from a B & M. I have yet to see one with the ohm rating etched or printed on the head. This is also true of the 2 that came with my Protank kit. Here's how the blister packs are sold.
A quick review. I bought 3 ego batteries. 650/900/1000 mAh. and a charger/adapter. They all charged up and after a few days seem satisfactory. My intention was to get something small and pocket friendly for running errands,gardening, etc. I can say that the button is more stiff to push than my Joytechs, but not a problem. Not going to be my go-to device, but so far so good. arrived in 10 days.

Bit the bullet on the Vamo kit. Now, the waiting is the hardest part. Sure wish I still lived in SF.
Got a few drip tips ad vivi nova's coming, I plan on getting a Protank from them soon. I really wish they'd add a decent little RBA like the Igo L, Smoktech RSST, or an AGA! Does anybody have a recommendation on a beginner RBA from FT?
I ordered the svd express from them on the 17th. It arrived on the 24th. I really like the brushed stainless finish. It matches my bullies perfect. I had been using a vamo v2 ss (polished). It still works great, but I think the svd is a step up (for me anyway). I've rockin a protank on the svd for a day now, and it works/fits flawlessly for now. I was eyeing the pro tank "clones" there and was wondering if anyone has used them yet. Are the heads the same?
I'm ...... at fasttech right now. They've done great on my other orders but this time I ordered 2 weeks before Atlanta Vape-a-palooza. They got one item wrong so now my whole order won't ship unfilled tomorrow. Supposedly. I ordered on the 19th. I'll get over it but for now I'm ticked off. I'll do one more order to get some knock off pro tanks then I think I'll quit ordering stuff for a while.
