Hi all, my name is mark and im new to the forum.
I just got my volcano ecig in the mail today. (blu clone)
first off, I was thoroughly ...... off at the fact that my package was missing a bunch of stuff. their starter kit is supposed to come with 2 batteries, mine came with one. It was supposed to come with a usb charger for charging the battery without using the pcc, mine did not. the foam that holds the cartridges and the extra battery had been torn out.
"tobacco" flavor cartridge from volcano e cigs.
not good. really bad.
menthol and coffee, however, were quite delicious. I was surprised at the amount of vapor, I was skeptical that it would be able to satisfy me. no problems there, I actually coughed a little on one drag of menthol.
I'm excited that I have discovered this device. I am upset with the apparent lack of any quality control for this product.
does anyone from volcano participate in this forum?
is this kind of the standard operating procedure?
I sent them an email, but I would rather have a more direct approach.

They do participate at blucigforum . com

From what I have heard this is not standard operating procedure, and they will work to correct any problems quickly. They are in Hawaii, so it is still very early there for them. There is a phone number on their site as well. Toll Free: 1 (800) 870-3357. Please let us know how it goes, my Volcano should be here today.

Welcome to the forum, both of you, and good luck with your new PV's. :)

Here's a few things that will help get over the learning curve.
The first one is enjoyable to read, and also a ton of good info, and the second link is a very well put together FAQ. These are the first 2 stickies on the New Member page. So now you can find em whenever you need to look something up. ;)

Edit- Mark, let us know what they say.

How was the package when it arrived? Did it look like someone opened it and taped it back together? This might be a long shot and it's illegal but maybe someone took out some stuff from the package because they wanted to vape themselves.

This is probably not the case but did the package look untampered?

it was my **** up everyone. The pack was ****ed up, but I ordered the wrong kit. only comes with one battery and no charger. the instruction booklet, where it lists the content of the package is apparently a misprint. Im very impressed with their customer service so far however, and they definitely read the forum.
"change that post or we'll break your legs"
