I've been vaping for a couple weeks now and I've noticed something. After I vape a certain flavor for an hour or so I cant taste it anymore. I top off all the time so the carto isn't dry. I switch juices then the new juice the taste is strong once again, then it fades so I have to switch again. Anyone else ever notice this or am I just crazy? Haha

That's not that unusual. Smoking has damaged your taste buds and it can take awhile for them to fully recover. A lot of new vapers go through the "no taste syndrome". Even some long term vapers go through. I just had a few months when all my juice tasted the same so rather than waste it, I just vaped unflavored that I made myself and saved my flavors for when my taste returns.

Using stronger flavors will help as will drinking a LOT of water. Switching flavors as you've been doing, helps to kick start them again as well.

No, you're not crazy. Most of what you taste is actually smell. Some people acclimate to smells quicker then others. Something you smell at first can go completely unnoticed over time but bring someone new into the room, and they smell it very quickly.
So, as you vape, very often the complexity of the flavor may go away and you will be left tasting just the few basic tastes, which is very little.
As someone who acclimates very quickly to smells, I have to change juices frequently.
