Here's my question on the "taxation comparable to cigarettes" thing: Say a pack of cigarettes, roughly $5.75 here in Ohio, has $3.00 of tax built into it. So, that means the single pack equivalent of juice would also have $3.00 tax levied on it. Now there's some insane vendors out there claiming 10ml of juice is equal to 15 packs of cigarettes. So a 10 ml bottle, which is now ~$6 would have an additional $30 of tax? That's $36. For 10ml. It sounds to me like some of these vendors need to back off these claims before they're used against us.
