Ok. Spent some quality time w/ my Galileo and she's perfect. Now that I've got it doesn't seem so difficult. My ju.ic works best when the ring is all the way up (screwed on). My problem was that my bottom button was not threaded all the way. I took bottom button apart, put it back in nice and snug, reassembled, put on the ju.ic and fiddled w/ the adapter seat and ring and voila - she's vaping.

I'm sure that this makes absolutely no sense to anyone else here but it worked.

I took my button apart as best I could. As I said, it fits together very loose.
I managed to tighten it up some with just my fingers, and while it's vaping better, it's still not consistent.

Thanks for this....
as soon as I get a few free minutes and my phone charged, I'll snap a pic or two.

In the meantime..... see your first pic here?
The hole for the allen wrench? How it has the 6 points, it's not a smooth round hole?
Mine is a smooth round hole. There is nothing for the allen wrench to catch on to to take the button apart.

I had managed to get my button apart, can't say how. I was attempting to unscrew the knurled part and the entire button assembly just sort of "fell apart". I was then able to separate the individual pieces, and I also was able to get it back together.
I have since managed to slightly tighten up the middle some, but it's still loose.
(by the middle, I mean the very center two pieces in your first image)

Could you take some pictures of the buttom?

This is how the button comes originally and how to take it appart:

There's your problem.

Ya gotta be able to tighten the screw.

Yeah, that's the direction I'm leaning towards. LOL
I'll drop an email to goodejuice and see if I can get that one piece.
I don't think the member I bought it from would have sent a wrong piece, I've "talked" with him about the PV.
I think it was put together this way, just simple human error. It happens.
Thanks for the help all.

Mine is also a bit threaded. LMK if you are able to order the part as I might get one as a precaution. I just kinda used the pointy part of the key to turn manually. Hitting fine but haven't vaped 3.7v in months and I only have 3ohm cartos. Not the best vape. Can't wait till my batteries get here to see how it really works.

I'm going to try to get pics up tomorrow.

Heard back from Nick, I'll be "in communication" with him to see what we can do.
It's almost vapeable (just made that up) as it is, but the button is really giving me a hard time.

Nick didn't get back to me but I told him that it was working in a second email. Does anyone here know about the 999 and 637 (I think) that Yasu made? Saw them referenced as older version ecigs and curious if anyone knows anything about them.

Some info (most in Italian :( ):

Thanks, Ariel. BTW saw that you have a SS Don. Recommended? I ordered one today - loved the idea of SS and versatile. My Galileo needed a sister.

Totally ! it is a great device, everything looks nice on it and it performs very well.

There are two minor flaws to my taste:

you can't use 18500 batteries on it, I know it supports a lot of batteries (18650, 18350, 17670, 14650, 16340, CR123A), but it only can be used in two modes: Mini Don or Full size Don, there is no Medium size Don (18500). Would be great to have an extra tube to run it in Medium size.

and the atomizer center pin is a little long, so the tanks don't sit on the Megalodon top cap, there is a gap between the atty and the Don.

Just putting this down in case anyone else is struggling w/ the ju.is. Was working but getting very airy draw w/ the ju attachment. Problem was fixed by screwing the adapter deeper into the top cap of the ju.is. HUGE DIFFERENCE.

For those of you who have common sense and have figured this out within 5 minutes of receiving your mod, please disregard. :)

That's very good, you finally are enjoying your Galileo + Ju.Is :)

I didn't bought the Ju.Is :( was waiting for the repairable atomizer, the G1, but it seems it will never come :(

It took me a while to figure out what was wrong but it's hitting like a champ now! So relieved.. Was starting to think it was a bad idea. Ya- guess they just didn't make it. Haven't seen anything at all about it. You've got the iAtty and Gtank though. Your set up looks amazing in the thread pictures.
