Depends on how you vape I use a Cyclone at .8 ohms and a 18490 last 6 hours plus or all most 2 3mil bottles
the 18650 in the Grand will last longer but the vape quality is the same with the Mini and the 18490

For you mini owners. On average, how long does the 18490s last?

This. And I just carry one extra battery to work with me.

I have both - just got the copper mini on Friday. I can honestly say I have no clue which one I like better lol. I want to buy a SL one and can't decide which model to get. I like the stealth of the mini and battery life isn't a big deal they last me fine. I always carry extra batteries anyway. I agree with angi - the squonking on the mini is a little more difficult. But otherwise it's great. I love the smaller size but am trying to figure out if the superlight grand would be best of both worlds. Not really sure how much lighter it is.

I don't know squat cuz I'm a brand new REO user but 100% agree with this ^^^^^^^^^^^

I change up flavors 7-10 x's per day to avoid wonky taste buds. I don't vape 6mls of anything at one time (or I'd have to buy around 10-15 REOs and rotate them up, a lot!) so the 3 MLS is perfect to either vape away or change out quickly.

The only negative I can think of, although I'm not sure because I've never seen, held or used a Grand, is the squonking hole on the mini is small. With larger fingers, I could see this being a bit difficult. Kinda wish the design had the squonk hole on the side of the REO versus the front. So the squonking could be done like a gun trigger so to speak, and can be done with the inside of the fingers versus a thumb.

And the fire button on the other side for the thumb versus the top of the mod, again like a gun/the hammer. If this makes sense.

The cut out for the squonk hole is the same size for both the Grand and the Mini.

I want to go ahead and volunteer to do an exhaustive study of all models and configurations. Currently, I only have a REO Grand, so I need for several of you to 'lend' me the other REOs. I will carefully keep track of all the necessary data and perform any and all analysis. After the study is complete, I will publish the results here and, eventually, return your REOs to you.

I have to admit, I much prefer my mini 2.1 to the grands in every aspect except the battery bit. Size is perfect for out and about. Square 6ml bottle revived this little guy for me too. I usually run a .9ish coil in an RM2 and can make it through a work shift of 8 hours on a single batt. My LP grand has a dual coil .5ish ohm setup and I get about the same time out of it with an 18650 as I do with the 18490 mini. I always have Boba's bounty in the reo mini 2.1 so I don't prefer the lower ohm/hot coils so it all works out there. I do like the hotter coils though for bakery/sweet juices so my grand won't be going anywhere. Personally, all I would have would be 18490 mini 2.1 if I didn't have that itch for hot flavor roastin vapes.

Edit: I can take a pic of both side by side tonight if you like?

While the Mini can definitely do sub ohms (not super low ohms, since it uses the AW IMR 18490), I take it out with a 1.2 ohm micro coil and it's extremely compact, small, with a very decent battery life (I always carry a spare fully charged 18490 just in case). When I'm home I'm mostly using a Grand, but the Mini is a must have in the collection :D.

Thanks guy and gals for your input. I just ordered a LP mini in Black Wrinkled. Was thinking LP/SL mini but, realized my boss(wife) would see the difference so went with something that will blend in with Pete. She has trouble with sizes!! Also have some 6ml bottles coming. Now the pacing begins again.

Nice choice!
Gonna love the 6ml with compact size. We will be expecting pics! :)

Brand new to Reoville, and the mini 2.1 with an reomizer is awesome. It's perfect for my hand, will travel really well, and every juice I've tried (already washed and put in 3 different coils & flavours) has tasted infinitely better than any of my other mods (granted, just spinners and an itazte vv v3).

I'm vaping so much because things taste SO good, though, I can see that I am going to be going Grand next time around. There were a few posts (I forget where), where someone said "Go for the Grand, trust me".

Once I can afford it, I'll be on to Cthulhu (Grand) to go along with Nyarlathotep (mini). My inevitable Woodville will, of course, be Shaggai.
