My first ecig was a really cheap and crappy one, a custom body with built in 650mah battery and a tiny rudimentary clearomizer(sort of reminiscent of a midget CE2). It didn't produce a lot of vapor, got clogged really easy and leaked in every direction possible but it had the best flavor i've ever tasted.
I recently decided to break it and see what makes it taste so good only to find a whole lot of juice inside it all along the path where the incoming air was traveling. I tried the clearo outside the body and the flavor was average at best but back inside the pool of juice it was awesome. I figured the air got sort of infused with flavor when going through the juice before hitting the coil so I made an experiment.
I wedged some wires to the electrical contacts of a stardust and stood it up in a shallow pool of juice in a petri dish. The juice was at the exact level that when i would drag it would pull in a bit and then drop out making it gurgle real nice, i then put a lid over it with a hole that tightly fit around the stardust and made a little air intake at the other edge of the lid. The results were phenomenal! All the flavor in the world with a good amount of vapor.
Right now im trying to figure out how to build something with the same effect that would be portable (the dish is tad silly looking not to mention large and has to be perfectly leveled to work). Im thinking either a wet ego cradle type thing or maybe modifying a clearo to divert the air intake through the tank making it sort of a ..... Thoughts?
