My order arrived today! I have to say-for something to be so simple and work so nicely is encouraging. I attempted this with blank cartos and never could get the fit right.
They do not fit inside an empire dripshield :(.
So far all of my tips fit. The pawns are a more loose fit then than others but you have to shake the mod pretty dang hard to get it to budge loose. I even have a tip that was designated as a 901 atty tip only (will not fit into 510 atties) and it will fit in the Sleeve.
Most of my china tips slide in/out quite easy, not a snap in type of fit. All of my Siam Tips/SuperT/TrippyTip/Mings have a nice snap into place. The pawns fit like the china tips-not a snap in-yet even when I hold the whole configuration while on the mod-from the tip and give the old up and down motion-the tip doesn't come out. The tip with the worse fit I have to say are the ceramic tips. I can actually shake the mod loose from the tip with that one on.
I really like these and I am happy to have purchased 2 of them.
Any chance of getting a discount if I purchased say 4-5 at one time?

Waiting to get some bills paid before I order.
Stupid bills, don't they realize there is a new "toy" I have to have?

Just wondering.... can these be used to use an i06 or 306 in a tank?
I guess you would have to poke a hole in it, and that would be a shame, but I'm still on a never ending mission to use my i06's in tanks.

After the milling, they're put in a metal tumbler for 24 hours. Then I soak them in boiling water, then in Simple Green. They are scrubbed (inside with a bottle washer) and then boiled in water for 20 minutes.

I'm so glad to hear so many of your DT fit well G8rGrl and thanks for the review.

I am a little bummed they don't fit the empire shield :( I had one Sleeve fit into the IKV shield (very tight though) but I can't get any others to fit.

Soul it wouldn't fit in my liquinator either.

I have to agree with Hz... fit really well. Easy to drip into, a little worrisome while using on a bottom feeder though (well, maybe if you gauge juice by sight). I just wish they were a little shorter, and also fit down to the lip of the threading. That is more of a personal preference of mine, not taking away from the accessory. I think if you made one that is the length of a standard IKV 510 atomizer tube it would be perfect (again, personal preference) for me lol.

got mine in and loving it,
size when in the i06 is about the same as a boge carto,
price is cheap and very affordable, im glad i got mine before the mad rush which im sure is going to happen
very simple and user friendly, only fits on the atty one way, drip tips only fit on one end

only thing i would reccomend and these are my own opinions only, can be taken or dropped,
is to do some colors or a polished version, it just looks kinda plain, not a big deal, im just being picky
make it easy to put a drip shield on it or create some sort of wingnut with a tiny catch cup or something only because im a horribly messy dripper, but thats it! im tasting gorilla juice on my i06 for the first time and tasting it in a whole new way, and using my 510 tip, couldnt be better,

I've measured a lot of i06's and the diameter is very consistent. That being said .005" makes a big difference. I have two attys I test each unit on. On one they go down about half way and the other 7/8ths down. I'm not shipping the ones that don't fit in those parameters. We designed them to fit the 3/4 point as we didn't want them bottoming out and possibly leaking.

Now on the protos I used a round file and it didn't take much to move them down the atty.

JC if you are xp it will be in the mail tomorrow morning.

JD the Sleeve fits in my IKV drip shield.

ummm? confused, I am. I thought the IKV drip shield was for the 901/510 atty - are you using the the IO6 sleeve inside the IKV drip shield on an IO6 atty?
