I've measured a lot of i06's and the diameter is very consistent. That being said .005" makes a big difference. I have two attys I test each unit on. On one they go down about half way and the other 7/8ths down. I'm not shipping the ones that don't fit in those parameters. We designed them to fit the 3/4 point as we didn't want them bottoming out and possibly leaking.

Now on the protos I used a round file and it didn't take much to move them down the atty.

I see. Good to know, I'm gonna work on mine then.

I am using i06 on a REO. Anyone else have success with the sleeve and this combo? It would be heavenly to use my DTs.

Sleeve isn't going to have a negative effect on the fitment of the io6 with the Reo. It only changes the way you use the io6 re: drip tips. Also will make your vape a tad cooler.

They do not fit inside an empire dripshield :(.

Just got mine in. Tried to stick it in the empire shield from the bottom like i do with the iken dt's, no dice.

BUT, I loaded it into the shield from the top and boom, it fits!!! WHOOO HOOO!!!

Got mine today. My preferred size is that of the IKV 510 atty for UFS short mode with mouth piece. I'll cut these down this weekend. But additional sizes would be could.

Lesson learned today: If one wishes to see what the insides if an iO6 looks like, place this on extra tight and try and remove. - Oh look, red wires. :(.

The first IO6 I saw I said how do you use it. They can't be dripping in that little tiny hole. So I pulled the tip off and it came apart. Now I was really stumped. I saw the wires and thought what the H. E. double toothpicks is this damn thing. This was one Isaac sent to me before they came out. and I couldn't for anything figure out what was going on.

Cut mine down with a tube cutter to fit a UFSv2, and primed it. A few bad hits as I got things tuned and vaping nirvana began. My quest is over, there is no need to look further.

Thank you, Isaac/Wharf

Be cool to see a future design that had an o-ring 'locking' mechanism, but this works, and works well. Only problem is I don't dare remove until the atty dies, else risk damaging the atty.

A limitation I can accept for now.

Me too! I was like WTH, there is NO way I can drip in that hole!!! Which begets my question; how do I take the plastic off without ruining the atomizer? Can I cut it from the top? Just got my sleeve yesterday (thanks Wharf), but haven't had a chance to use it--I'm scared I'm going to ruin the atomizer trying to remove the plastic from it!
