I have batts from my provari but I did pick up an extra...I'm guessing a torch from Lowe's or homie depot will also do the trick.?

If you have the standard 18490 batteries from the provari, you'll need a kick to use them. Otherwise pick up some18350, or 18650 IMR batteries.

I got my torch on sale at Harbor Freight for $8.99. Just makes sure it's a butane torch. Propane is too hot and I've heard it can leave deposits on your wick.

How do you keep from burning your juice at such high wattage?

I haven't had a problem at all burning/caramelizing juices yet....all depends on your wick..

I've been rebuilding and using genny atty's since last winter w/ very little problems...

Ok I have ordered a kick and I already have 18490 aw batteries I bought with my Provari. I am gonna try to score a Hell Raiser when they go on sell and if I don't get it i'll buy a standard. Where are y'all getting coil wire and wicks from?

Yup. I feel the same way...except I'm here all the time. Go figure. I think it's because there's a lot of new people and there's been a "shift" in the personalities. That, and some other "stuff" has changed. But, that's OK....it's bound to happen eventually....a direct result of human nature, eh? It's been transforming for a while now.

Interesting thread starting up in modders forum check out the pyrex stainless steel wick by scubabatdan. ordered some pyrex to give it a shot, might be a game changer.

Hello everyone...I woke up to a email from 310 today with the words LE IHYBRID and seeing that I have been stalking the classifieds for one I figured what the hell. All I know is ego and provari so here comes a whole new learning curve lol. I also picked up some 32 g kanthal along with some #500 mesh. Do you guys have any advice on what else would be beneficial to buy before my new toy gets here?

I have a few question's.What will the deposit's do too you?Why do you have to use butane?Won't the deposit's leave an oxidation on the wick.I use propane for my grill.Will that leave deposit's on my food? Should I not use it?lol
