Ok, super!

Anyway to order the SS DT? (and please don't quote the accessories page wich doesn't include the tip;))

at this time the only way to get one of the ss drip tips is to order and LE or a 14500, I am hoping Face decided to release them but currently he is not.

Thought I'd throw out my first post here. I've been stalking the thread for a while now and finally pulled the trigger. Now, It's my first night using an iHybrid. I gotta say I'm nothing short of impressed. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. The performance is what I've been looking for, but haven't yet found. The build quality and design are exceptional. I really love the LE's. What a great idea to make a few units with a really cool theme. Faceless, you have & are holding my attention.

hey guys, I'm new to genesis world but am really impressed with the info I've read/watched about the iHybrid in the last couple of days. How tough is it going to be to get a standard once they're available?

So I think I'm going to try to get me a Standard iHybrid when they come out.

Am I correct that, unlike the LEs, they come without the SS DT and the tank thread cover ring?

Welcome to all the new members :) Be sure to take a look at the iHybrid Reference Spreadsheet (link is below in my Signature) and save it on your Bookmarks. It WILL come in handy. I know you'll love the iHybrid!

Hi SyncA,

Nice to see that you have found this tread also.
Was not so active for the last week because I had to undergo sugery on my large intestine.
It is now about 40 cm shorter. But everything went ok, with a exeption of the epidural.
But every day getting better now :) and staying less flat on my bed.

Paul, so glad you're recovering nicely. It's good to see you on the thread :)

Hey all,

I know this is a longshot, but I have a crappy satellite internet connection at a FOB in Afghanistan. The time zone here is also 10.5 hours difference from Central time. So my chances of getting a hell raiser will pretty much be nil. This I have accepted. I never had a mechanical Mod and this one would be perfect color/style. So if you do happen to get one, and aren't happy for whatever reason, would you please consider selling it to me rather than placing it in the classies? Thank you in advance for consideration.

I'll try and get one on your behalf. We can settle and ship when you get back. No worries. Stay safe and get back in one piece!

Thank you Russ. Men/Women like him risk their lives so that we can do what we do. It isn't much, but it's my chance to give back.

Welcome Ghostrider :) Thank you so very much for your service. And, K-Man...I love you for doing the things you do :)

HELP! HELP! HELP! LOL You guys know how inept I am at the technical part of my beloved vaping hobby. Well, something is horribly wrong. The switch felt like it was getting hot, so I immediately took it off and, sure enough, the battery had a piece of plastic missing. I got to it early...so I didn't see any smoke or black residue or other markings. I put a fresh battery in (thinking it was a problem with the battery). The same thing happened the second I pushed the switch. It started getting hot. I took out that battery out and saw the same issue.

I don't have SEVERAL PV'S gang....so will someone help me figure out how to fix this one? I'd be so grateful!

I got my great blue dragon tip from SageWood Glass today, sitting proudly atop it’s namesake.

I would break that tip so hard...

Yea I still tinker with the DUD. Sometimes it works okay. Definately a pos compared to the real deal. I set one up with fuse glass the other day and it was vaping better than it ever had till I blew the coil. I'm waiting for some pyrex and fused quartz tubing to do some more tinkering, but now people are saying it could cause shards of glass to shoot into the lungs. They really pisssed in my punchbowl. I guess I'll wait till we find something truly safe to try again. Don't want to be the DA example guy who destroys himself trying to get a megafied lunger hit.
Stuck using the DuD till the warranty swap is complete... Has me really missing the iHy.

I'm squirreling away some cash to order 14500... Haven't even begun beta and I know I'm going to want one... Really hope you're right about the custom tip.

Lady did u turn battery or anything? Also the white plastic in cap has spring tension still?

Sent from unemployment line.

I did not turn the battery. I put it in the way I always put it in...nipple end goes in first. I mean, maybe my adled brain would have made that mistake once....but not twice :(

she has the older switch, no spring under the plastic

Hi Nancy...there is a spring under the plastic (even though I do have an old switch). I've taken this apart and cleaned it before, so I know the spring is there :)

Thanks for trying to help gang! LOL I'm going to try another battery. Ugh. Let's see what happens.

CRAP! That's batteries RUINED! I can't keep this up! #%&!+$

Lady, you have a dead short somewhere. Look under the top cap and make sure the negative screw isn't touching the positive post somehow.

Yes, this, I just called Face, he can't get on the thread right now but he said to make sure you don't have any extra wire touching the positive post up by the coil, and take apart the switch (that the screw out) make sure there are no loose pieces of metal in there anywhere that could be dead shorting it, and post pictures of all the switch so we can see where the problem is.
