i wonder if i switch the switches from one to another, might work

It there isn't a gap it should, if there is it won't. The switches that came with the Spiders should work or if you have an upgraded regular switch with the double spring, or if you're just lucky and don't have a gap with your battery.

i don't have a gap with either one, double spring switches on both i think it has to do with the reverse thread switch on the dragon, the old one is not reverse threaded

Go to mordor. Look for Sauron. Slay him.

Kidding. lol. you can head over to FB and search for anodizers are i. or you can pm Kenom. hope that helps.

OR, you could find and destroy seven horcruxes. Oh, wait, all I did was PM Kenom, too.

You need to fight and defeat Fisty's seven evil ex-biyfriends.

You have to spend 15 min. Chained in kt's dungeon.

Just so happens there's an anodizing company here in Roanoke... No clue what they'd charge however.

I have the same trouble, There is a "sweet spot" where it works fine, took a while to find it.

i have no threads left to find mine, the lock ring is off the threads, unless i make a gap with the tube somehow, just don't like gaps
if there is a gap something will find it's way in there

Exactly.

Maybe he's referring to my design? :D

Doubtful.. on the list and in the works are two different things, I have LEs of pretty much every color known to man on "the list". I'm guessing he's talking about what Phr0st is working on.
Edit: and Face's idea of gunmetal is not the same as mine. I call dark metallic grey gunmetal, and he calls light metallic grey gunmetal. (and what he calls purple I call fuchsia, but that's another matter)

If you're talking about Global, I just called them.
"Roughly" $92 to $120 as a one-off job. Low end of that range clear, black in middle, and color at the top. With the inside / bottom edge masked.
Obviously that's site unseen, but general ballpark..

Eric I was having the same problem with the Dragon as you are When using a kick. It appeared when it pushed the delrin down when assembling, it was actually to tight of a push. i realized that if I backed the switch assembly out about 1mm the swich would work properly but not fire since the end of the tube needed to contact the switch assembly due to the threads being anodized and just the tube ends were contact points. Well, I just determined I would have a kick STRICTLY for this device and shave a little of the bump on the bottom of it. Now it fires perfectly and locks like its supposed to:)

Thanks, i think i will do the same thing in reverse, use the kick in the Standard with less battery life and get more battery life out of the dragon not kicked
