2 ohms, are you sure? Seems a bit high, maybe your wick is wider than it seems or something.

I wouldn't think it is high, while twisted does lower resistance, his twist is very loose, add that to a 5 wrap and I can easily see it being 2 ohms

Strictly out of curiosity, why even measure the mesh?

I just cut what I think is a little more than I need, roll it how I want it, then trim the excess. I have enough mest to last me years the way these wicks last anyway so I don't really worry about wasting a fraction of an inch...

I've yet to measure mesh before rolling a wick, eyeballing it a bit over has always just let me trim it how I want...

I didn't have to sign for my dragon, but it only had delivery confirmation. This one has both signature confirmation AND proof of delivery- perhaps a few have gone missing during shipping or something? Who knows...

Anyway, you might be able to get them tighter if you heat up the wire a bit before you spin it up- it adds a step, but it will coil tighter

When I twist I hold the ends in one hand and loop a finger through the other, I only twist enough for one maybe two wicks at a time tho.

This picture isn't the best quality but you should be able to get the idea

I have found 2 times when I need to change wicks, as I don't have different gennys for pluid or menthol I can not keep the same wick in after either of those and have it taste right with other juices

I am starting to second guess my 5 big ole sheets of 500 I ordered now lol. At least I will have a huge amount to experiment with until I get my perfect set up. I can't wait to have two ihys in rotation myself. One set up for the heavy VG stuff I like to Vape and one set up for some DIY PG blends I am mixing just for this device.
