The Illuminati is working out very well- I'm sure somewhere in the few hundred pages I missed last night, this may have been mentioned...but the switch on the Ill was definitely revised-ever so slightly- from the one on my Dragon. I think Grruss had asked yesterday whether any reviewers out there had taken notice of the changes on the Ill- well, I have. I love the Dragon very much, and in most ways, it is the same as the Illuminati, but it seems that Face is making small changes to almost everything- down to polishing certain parts, making things line up, I mean all the little details- and it REALLY shows. There are a few differences that are not as good on the ILL, such as the quality of the anodizing and a few noticeable scratches on the tubes and top cap, but they don't detract from all of the other improvements.
Again, the biggest thing for me though was the revised switch...aside from some roughness in the threads during the first few uses, it is as flawless as a lock-ring, double-action aluminium switch can be. Face could almost just stick with this style, although I know he has another type in the works soon (maybe a twist-and-lock? I bet it still has the two points of tension in it somehow).
So, I think the time has come(edit: enough time has passed) where I can give this thing a valid review after the bombshell of a review that I dropped last month on that "other" hybrid. I'll keep y'all posted.

Thats pretty close to 2 pennys thick, i might wrap them in tape and see how it fits
