yeaha i figured out what was up w/ the gus, she just was pushing the switch in lazily.... it has a slightly less smooth switch then the paps, which i guess thats what she was used to.

OK I am here to ask for some advice:
Seems like I just can`t get my spider to run GREAT, I have tried the following:
changed the wicks
changed the coil
cleaned the switch, did not alox it just cleaned with soapy water and some vodka
flushed out the atty with water/vodka
I constantly have juice leaking onto my batteries and sometimes have to clean the top of my battery 2-3 times in a day or it will not vape at all. I did try to tighten the screw in the bottom of the atty but it was only a smidge loose. I am getting WAY better vapor production from my ZMax/AGA-T and I know I should be getting better results with my IHY but I don`t know what is wrong. Any thoughts or ideas on what to try?? Thanks

I usually get a couple drops on the top of the battery in a bout 5 hours of use, a 12 hour day at work and a 2 hour drive and I have to clean atleast 2-3 times or the vapor is not really anything.

Fill it with juice, remove the Atty from the tube and stuff a cotton ball under it.
Sit it up right overnight, see what happens.
That will tell you if it's a short or a leak.
Or if a short is creating a leak.

Please use the contact us option on the site to send Face a message, he has stated in other parts of the thread that if juice is getting down there the center post is not tight enough and that can be a problem. As it is very important it is tight enough I do know he has had others send to him to tighten if there was an issue.

The IHY is on like the 3rd wick/coil cause thats what I thought was the problem. (I was thinking that it was over wicking to cause excess e-juice on top of the tank that leaks down into the atty and screw in the battery compartment) I do have the top of the wick pinched and am not presently getting a burned flavor.

Thanks for the quick replies I really appreciate the response I was just thinking I was doing something wrong. Glad I have a back up and HR on the way, my wife is also looking to quit smoking and I got her the Flower Power so I didn`t want to keep making the same errors with set up.
