We went to the grocery store last night got home and fell asleep....I woke up and started to look for my spider.....you dropped yours I lost mine:(. I called the store and asked if anyone turned it in, but nope no one had. So my husband is going to look for it in the parking lot........I am heart broken!! I swear I am going to start leaving my mods at home..in October I had a lady steal my Brand New blue proveri v2. With a brand new LavaTank that I had waited on forever. And now this....I almost threw up...oh well...oh well.
Still Good Morning All:).

I think that was me pnc, but I got one on its way:w00t: Thanks for the heads up though:2cool:

I just scored one off the classies last night too :) It has the 18500 and 18650 tube, but I would like to score an 18350 tube for it. I checked directly from the source, but I would pay more in shipping than the part is worth. I hope to find a big bat user that might not mind parting with theirs...

I really do hope you find it, most people would not know what it was but one push of the button and WOW they will love it. Sending good thoughts that your Hubby will find it un-damaged.

In October I was a charity event and I was a gypsy...she saw it in my basket and asked me about it...I explained how e vaping has helped me and how wonderful it is:). We had another crowed come through and I was telling fortunes...and I bent down to get it and sure enough it was gone.

on a sad note my buddy dropped his iHy spider getting out of the car, it bounced on the asphalt and rolled under the car... one good thing is that he had his tank protector on so the tank somehow didnt break (i have a new respect for TP's) but the anodising is all scraped up and because alum is a kind of a soft metal there are some gouges down the side of it through the ano and into the metal, it looks like it landed flat on its side, and the tp was slightly bent. I felt so bad for him  I was able to fix the slightly bent tp part w/ some locking pliers wrapped in paper towels and rubber gloves, but I just dont know how to go about fixing the rest as a lot of it has gouged marks through the ano and into the alum..... my gf has dropped her zen top caps a few times and gotten dings, but the 316 ss prolly did more damage to the ground than was done to it and I just sanded out the dings w/ 800 grit sand paper and some mothers polish.... if it had been just his iHy top cap he dropped I would of done the same thing but actually the top cap is completely untouched.

Anyways is there any other way I can help him? I mean it still works great and all but its heartbreaking to see probably my favorite iHy (up untill the sugar skull comes out) damaged in this way :( Its so sad because he's such a good dude and he doesnt have a lot of cash due to child support so one of my other coworkers sold him his spider at a really great price, its his only hybrid and he loves it, hes always cleaning it and he takes good care of it, it was just this one time getting out of the car while he was on his phone and it probably slipped his mind. I would of taken a pic of it but it didnt seem appropriate

If there is no scratches over the actual spider engraving you can just put rubber cement over the engraving and then re-annodize the rest of the tube, obviously it would be much more simple to do the tank protector because you don't have to worry about protecting engravings. He could switch to the other battery tube while it's being done.

Under different curcumstances I wouldnt suggest this but you could also have someone that does lazer engraving and annodizing just copy the web on a black annodized standard tube.. I imagine Kenom would do it for about $40 if he understood the curcumstances.

Tell him to keep looking, idiots probably just ditched them someplace else. I had my wallet stolen out of my car a few years ago and they overlooked Oakley sunglasses, Sirius radio kit, bag of quarters that was likely about $75, a $100 Visa gift card, and a radar detector. The idiots went through my wallet(no cash), and threw the contents one by one into the neighbors yard. Kind of sucked that I had already called to replace all my CC, Driver Lic, Firearm ID, Fla Carry Permit, but better that than never finding the originals.
