I actually thought the same thing..I was gonna stalk the classifieds...but no need now...and I was so looking forward to asking where they got their spider lol.jk. Oh well they will most likely use it as a crack pipe..an expensive crack pipe..ok enough being bitter...lol.

Not to much concern about using it as a crack pipe, would be to much of a pain to clean that much chore boy lol

They found my battery ran over...but no sign of anything else:(...he is on his way home.

I was sort of afraid of that, sounds like they found all the stainless steel parts, the only parts that would survive being run over...

good news is you should still have the other tube... just get a new switch and you can mostly rebuild...

Occam's Razor, suspect husband.
Strange that they would remove the LE portion and dump the common piece. It has to be an inside job. :)
It goes like this you will get replacement tubes and he will be laughing sinisterly in his man cave vaping away.

J/k hope you get a resolution that you enjoy! And happy new year!

Has anybody got the replacement tanks from IBTanked? How are they fit and finish wise?
Gotta find something QUICK, going nuts without my IHY:( But then again, the HR will prolly be here before a replacement tank would be:unsure:

I got three, fit and finish are great!

I reaalllyyy need to try the 500.. lol.. keep hearing all these good things about it

One of the problems I have been having with #500 mesh. Torch and roll a nice tight solid wick, insert into coil, and start using it. Works great. But consistently now on 3 different wicks, the mesh has come a little unrolled just above the top coil and torn like paper right at that top coil. So if I pull the wick out to clean the coil, it starts to get worse and my wicks are not lasting near the length of time of 325 or 400. I am thinking a solution to this may be to do a single torch and quench after it is rolled, just haven't tried it yet. Never had a problem like this until I started using 500...

I have lots of others and lucky to have them...so now I need a illuminate and a spider roflmao....I knew there had to be something else before this year ended...but that just means next year will be better;).

Just hold out hope that your spider got revenge for you, I would guess somebody is sitting at a tire shop this morning with little black alliminum spikes sticking in a tire or two, hopefully they are really expensive tires

Really sorry to hear about your spider Amie. Karma is a real SOB. They'll get theirs in the end. Hopefully you can salvage what pieces you do have and put together a suitable replacement. The heart pic would make fou a nice valentines edition. Could be a tribute to Your sweetness. It sucks to hear about such horrible luck to someone as nice as a yourself.

The site says they are using 400, it doesn't say if they are using 304 or 316 ss, the 316 does do a lot better than the 304 no matter if it is the 325, 400, 500's or the 600's stuff. And if you are doing the PetarK Method, you don't need the butane, just do your juice burns after to help with wicking.

Nancy, I just re-wrapped and re-coiled using a nice fat wick, and that seemed to do the trick! thanks!

thanks for the advice guys, and yeah Im gonna have him talk to ken about it, I think i will try and sand out some of the gouges first for him before sending it out to have it anodised. Sorry to hear abotu your spider amie.... i was thinking the reason you only found the atty is its probably the only peice not turned to shrapnel after being run over. :( even though its very surprising that so much of the glass is intact, maybe the TP protected it?
