Well for the aluminum parts just take the polish cloth and rub vigorously for a while.. you're a guy, it should come naturally.

Top cap comparison. DID, iHybrid, Zenesis from left to right. Sorry for the super shallow DOF blurring the Zenesis one - I have nothing to light these with and flash would screw things up.

I wish I hadn't forgotten my grinding wheel in Texas.. would be perfect for buffing the cap. already had a polishing wheel with tripoli on it.

i have a dremil kit with buffing tools i just watched a couple of you tube vids it will be perfect for the job

lol yep i have a small cloth that came with sun glasses it will be carried round with that

Aluminium, if closely finished is very easy to buff to a mirror finish with "white" buffing compound. Stainless may take a more aggressive compound (red, pink, white, jewelers rouge) to turn it into a mirror finish. YouTube has a bunch of how to vids. Here's one on a stainless Zenisis. Polished Zenesis Standard and Modified Air Hole - YouTube Aluminium is much easier.

Yep, Aluminum can easily be done by hand with just a little elbow grease. Though I really wouldn't mind an excuse to get a dremel. LOL

i got mine in lowes for like 27 bucks with a huge assortment of tools sanders cutter disks and buffers with paste its great
