He means the LE's are more colorful and have engravings instead of just the aluminum tubes(bottom part holds the battery, top part protects the tank)
i'm afraid to touch my LE... bought a standard so I wouldn't be so afraid to damage it
also, LE's take some lead time. Ordered HR on Dec. 1 and it still isn't in my possession... holiday rush doesnt help, but probably realistically looking at 3 weeks from order to in-hand... Sweet Medicine LE is next I believe, and order date may be 2+ weeks out. (so you're looking at 5+ weeks away)
so do you want the cheaper standard and have it in hand maybe end of next week? or do you want something not many others will have and are you willing to wait for it?
If you want it quickly, standard. It's exactly the same atomizer, just has different clothes, if you will. The standard tubes are clear coated, while the LEs are color anodized and have special engravings; all the guts are exactly the same (sort of). Check out ihybridmods.com (sure hope that I'm at least able to say that in here) and you'll get a sense of what tubes we are talking about
LE's are easier to get than any other "elite" hybrid or mod... no waiting lists or anything... Faceless just tells us when they're going to be for sale, time AND date, and you simply log on and purchase... you should have anywhere from 10-45 min, but realistically you want to be finishing your checkout in the first 5 minutes... still not hard to do.
The LE's and the standards use the same genesis atty,just different battery tubes.The LE's are usually anodised and engraved,the standard is a nice machined finish with no engravings.faceless has made a couple of runs of standards with a clearcoat,not sure if that is still true,I think he has said he would go back to the machined finish,but I'm prolly wrong about that

Given I haven't ordered before from the site it would seem to be best if I registered on the site. I have been to the site numerous times but don't remember a way of doing so. Am I just so focused on looking at the mods that I'm missing it somewhere?

Thanks for all the help, I'm pretty new to this, but I have jumped in full throttle. I own a few genesis tanks and seem to be doing well with them. I'll make sure to come back here for the references when I need the help. All you guys are super helpful.
