I have been wondering why you spell karto with a K. I thought that perhaps it was some sort of alternative spelling, but now I see it's that you're C-challenged. ;) j/j

C-challenged,,, I love it!

Actually, I'm just a "K" girl. My abuse of our language tends to bleed over into ECF posts. Hope it's translatable!

Sure Vapes has good prices and states how many holes if any. Boge 510 LR Stainless (Laser Punched - 2 hole) - (5pack)

Definite +1 on Sure Vapes, if IKVs are unavailable.

Thanks. Ordered those and a carto punch. Free shipping. Thank you!

How long are you charging it. If you only charge until the indicator hits green, you are severely undercharging the device. charge it until the green LED goes out. Then re-evaluate. I normally got between 350 to 400 on mine vaping at 7.0 to 6.5 watts. (lower wattage gave me some extra puffs)

Wow, I don't get near that. I normally vape around 2ohm at 4-4.2v which is probably higher than you do. I get around 200ish before it turns to yellow.

Mine runs about 200 to yellow as well, generally around7 - 8 watts.

Length of draw can make a difference, too. I'll sometimes get real close to the time-out on one, where others may take shorter ones.

Puff count is pretty nebulous. A fast press and release counts the same as a press to time out.

Best thing is to just track your usage, and recharge based on that.

Only getting 100 puffs before she dies :(

Tried different cables
Any idea's??

Thanks in advance
Is this a new unit? I ask because my first VV3 dropped down in battery capacity by about 30% after just 9 weeks (300+ to 200 puffs). It's also started to be a little flaky as sometimes the battery will read something like 3.3V and be red and then it will go back to green at 3.7V. I'm hoping my other two, newer units, will not meet this same fate. unfortunately this was after the short vender warranty period. I just emailed Innokin, but they are away on holiday. Good luck with yours.

Interesting as I started this thread 10/3/13 so at the time I had 2 VV-3's and those 2 are still can go over 300 puffs without going dead. I'm one of those who fills their gas tank when it reaches 1/2. With my VV-3's for the most part when I have 200-250 puffs on the battery or it's at 3.8 volts I charge them. They are over 4 months old and are used daily.

Of course after posting this I'm sure they will die on me. So if that happens it's Murphy's Law I will blame and not Ohms Law.

Did you take advantage of their multi pack deals on Boge?

No, not this time. Only have one tank and am hoping to get my hands on some IKVs when they become available.

Still need to decide about my next ibtanked... Not sure if I should go up from the 19 mm to a 22 mm. Decisions, decisions.

19mm fits so nice on the VV3. I have the 19mm XL and a standard 19mm in the mail to me. Not sure what length you have but the XL holds a lot of juice.

I have the 19mm standard. I feel like that holds a good amount of juice as well and I'd like to have cartos that I can use for both tanks, so I was thinking of keeping it standard. The 19 does look great on the VV3. Bah, I'm gonna get another 19mm standard... get my 2 beauty rings because, well, why not.

My question is this, on the IBtanked site, is says that straight ones are meant for 19mm or larger, but the flared ones for 22mm or larger -- anyone have a flared one from Ibtanked on the 19mm? If so, any photos?

Thank you!

It sounds like the 22mm being wider needs a flared beauty ring, where the 19 mm isn't flared. Still I have been using my beauty ring from my ProTank2 and it's flared.

I don't like mine. I had the first one for 2 weeks and it started acting up. One day would work and then next day it would not. Vendor said to send it back for a new one and I did. In the meantime I got myself a VTR which I love. So tonight I decided to use the v3.0 so I can have a second juice at the same time. I had used it on and off for about an hour or so then turned it off and put it on my kitchen table. I walked in a few min later and hear a crackling sound. The battery was stuck on, juice spewing everywhere and the metal parts of the talk, iclear 30S, were hot enough to burn. Now it looks like the v3.0 is not working at all. So to sum it up, I don't like it, but love my VTR.

Yeah, I just like the look of the flared so much more, but I'm nervous that one from Ibtanked will stick out past the edges of the 19mm.

brook, I think the 22mm is going to be a bit top heavy for the iTaste actually. The 19mm fits it well.

And I'm confused. From the site, I'm understanding that the beauty ring for the 19 IS flared ... flared like this perhaps (already posted pic).

Altho I don't have one, so I don't know quite how similar theirs is.

The 22ml tank has a straight edge beauty ring to fit it.

Am I seeing things? Anyone else read it that way?

I just looked and I think the konfusion komes from the fact that the flared ring used to say it was for 22mm and larger and now it says 19mm and larger. The second picture that you posted is of the IBTpro which is for 22mm tanks on a Provari only. I hope this helps to klarify things.

PS Sorry about the K's I just Kouldn't help myself, my bad. That's what happens when I both bored and tired.

They did just change the site. Disregard my confusion. Apparently I need to learn to re - read things more better :)

Also, thank you so much for the input about the 22mm being top heavy. Now that I know i can get the flared and it will fit the 19mm, I'm content.
