So I posted a thread a while back about how to build a perfect build to perfect my vaping experience.

I have successfully reached the point of perfection with a build and i couldn't be more satisfied.

The only issue I have is it leaks sometimes from the bottom and not where the screw is to fill the juice. This doesnt happen all the time but sometimes and im not sure why exactly

Also a side note for some reason I am unable to screw the whole tank fully together with the glass piece in place. If i take the glass out and screw all the parts together such as the top chimney to the bottom portion it is flush but when the glass is added I seem to have a slight void.

I am providing pictures to show what Im talking about (using a mech mod just for photos)

Sorry for juice splash and terrible lighting but you can see the void where i screw it together. It works fine and doesnt leak from the top only in the last picture bottom part directly in the middle where you adjust the airflow.

I'm not sure I fully understand the problem. I see that the upper portion of the chimney is not fully screwed on to the lower portion. So then, are you installing the upper chimney section to the top cap first, and then screwing it into the lower chimney section?

The two chimney pieces should be installed and tightened to the base before you install the glass tube and the top cap. When it's assembled correctly, there will be no gap between the chimney sections.

Make certain all gaskets are in place. There should be a silicone ring in the base and top cap to seal the glass tube, as well as a small black o-ring on the upper chimney section where it threads into the top cap.

Your wicking may also be an issue causing leaks, but I think you need to address the assembly problem first.

Ahhhh I see I have been installing this wrong by screwing the bottom base chimney on to the deck then screwing both pieces of the top on top of that with the glass all as one piece. I will try the other way and see how it goes. But yea I think I will try a different wick and see what happens. It doenst leak all the time but when it lays on the side or something or I have it in my pocket and it flips upside down it will kinda leak. Its not a huge leak but still comes out the air holes which can be hazardous lol.

Running an IPV2 and I have heard about juice leaking into the back cover so I would like to avoid that issue at all costs.
