I like that my clothes, body, and hair don't stink. It's nice to come back from a "smoke break" and nobody can tell. It's nice to be able to spray "smell good" stuff in my house because I just like the scent and not because I'm trying to cover up the stench of analogs. The same goes for my car; no stink, no smelly ashtray, no rolling down the windows. Just pick up my PV and vape while I'm stuck in traffic.

Food is already tasting better. Who knew that strawberries were better without cigarette smoke?

Not having to stand in "that" line at the grocery store
Not having my day start out (particularly on the weekends) with having to go to the convenience store to get smokes
Not planning my day or errands around where I'm going to stop to get smokes
Not having to explain to the cashier at either store which brand and flavor it is that I want
Not having to go out to the garage when it's freaking cold to smoke
Not having my kid complain about how smelly the smoke is

I like brushing my teeth and my mouth is still clean for a long time instead of messing it up with an analog or two on the way to work
I like wagging around my little kit of goodies with choices both equipment wise and flavor wise
I like that I'm no longer a slave to big tobacco and being looked down upon by non-smokers...although I am a confirmed juice junky and am just fine with that!
I like walking by a group of analog smokers and being so glad that I don't have to do that and smell like that anymore.

That's the short list...LOL!

We went to Six Flags earlier in the summer and had to find someone with a small business card sized listing of where all the smoking spots were. Of course the kids were none too happy that they had to sit around and wait while the four adults got their nicotine fix.

Next year that won't be a big deal, at least for me.

There are negative sides for me also though.

1. - That eatery I loved as a smoker, I have now discovered their food tastes like day old dog food.
2. - I can't flirt with the cute gas station girl anymore without looking overly creepy (not hard in my case anyway ;-) )
3. - I catch myself wondering what that horrid smell is only to realize that it is the person in front of me.
3.5 - Don't even think about going to Walmart because of number 3.

Obviously I'm just kidding. There are way too many upsides for me to mention them all: no more coughing, things taste better, my girlfriend actually likes to kiss me now (she has never smoked), we are all healthier, my pet's breathing has improved. the list goes on and on. My only REAL downsides are that it took a while for me to find a product that met my expectations. I started with a mini with a bat life of 2 hours, and have tried more bad juice than good. And second, the juices I do enjoy are so good, they are hard to put down. So YAY for e-cigs, and lets try and convert the world.

It may have been mentioned, but in my workplace, I am free to vape at my desk all day. That has to be one of the best perks about vaping. No longer do I have to get my smokes, go outside (dodging the rain most days), smoke, go back up stairs.

Secondly, it would have to be the cost. Excluding the price of the device, it costs me nearly nothing to vape. I was spending easily $70 a week on tobacco, and probably spend $30 a month on liquid.

No boxes of cigarettes piling up in my car
No more stinky ashtrays or butts to pick up in the yard
My fiance is so proud of me!
I don't have to worry about the smell
I don't have to worry about damage to my car or clothes
No more going outside in the rain/snow/heat to get a fix
I can smell and taste things better
I feel great knowing that vaping is the real deal for me - patches and gum never really helped.

Everyone has so many great things to say about this stuff, lol. It really is fantastic. I've only been vaping for two days, but I already notice the positives. Being inside is probably the best thing.

Me too! I wasn't able to smoke inside (didn't really want to) but now, I even vape in bed! Love it!

Oh yeah...and the sense of superiority that you have over analog smokers :)

I don't know about that.... after all, todays smokers are tomorrows vapers. I walked those shoes too long to look down on them. We all know it's not an easy way to live, and that if this E-cig/FDA thing falls through we'll most likely be back there again.
