i like not having to raid the money box when low on money to go buy ciggies, and i now like having two nearly full money boxes ,knowing come Christmas time when i open them i WILL have money in them.
I like that my family , while they think its weird, have totally supported me since day one
I like coming back here and re-reading everyone's input. I dont need it as much for strenght to stay off ciggies, I have passed that hurdle, but i do need it for the reminder of the wonderful people in this forum and support shared for the newbies, as i was one once.
Oh and i've had to say only a few times, no to people who have asked for a cig, i've said sorry i've only an electronic one, they look at me, but never stay around long enough to ask.
Two ladies smoking last week and me vaping on work break, lady 1 and 2 kept eyeballing me, when eventually i asked are you curious, they said no, we are worried for your health as you are near us while we are smoking and you are not. True i said i am vaping.... long story short, i explained and they listened very interested.
So i love spreading the word too

**Lighting the wrong end of a cigarette when i'm hammered.
**Trying to figure out what to do with a cigarette in the middle of winter when my drivers side window doesnt work because it's frozen shut and the passenger side is cracked and i have to learn over to throw it out without driving off the road.
**smoking, texting, shifting, drinking coffee and driving all at the same time.
**Dealing with broken lighters on the back nine of my golf course which is the furthest point from the clubhouse when i need a cigarette after three putting.
**Feeling like an ....... paying $10.00 a pack at the store.
**Worrying about running out of cigarettes at home when i don't feel like going to the store to feel like and ....... for paying $10.00 a pack.
**Driving to the reservations to save on money so I don't feel like an ....... paying $10.00 a pack.
**Having my huskies look at me like i'm an idiott while i'm smoking in my garage.

Yeah, i could go on this is a good - good thing.

I've seen the smoking/texting/shifting/driving thing .. add to that using a laptop and popping pills and you have my old business partner. That guy was insane. I told him 100 times, why don't you get an automatic and have your woman come along to work the computer and phone. Hell no he'd be shifting and texting and driving with his knee (even around corners) and scaring me to death. And he would drive no less than 90-100 on the turnpike.

I didn't have any choice, none of us did ... No time to try and do anything about it because the phone would literally ring 50 times an hour
Sigh

That was exciting, scary, profitable and a-lot of fun

Imagine being busy 24/7 in a truck full of felons with the phone ringing constantly guzzling coffee and hard liquor and always having a list of 10 more places you have to make it too before the end of the day

One of the guys I hired got to where he could sound white on the phone so that really helped but I just ended up trying to answer more e-mails and we ended up with ANOTHER phone because my partner got the bright idea for us to be more than one "company" so we could "compete with eachother"

Smoking just made it so much worse!! Trying to hold a cigarette and do everything else. Sigh.

Who ever thought a legal hustle could ever have been so dangerous and scary:laugh:

still smelling like perfume, or shampoo, at the end of the day!

not having to wait in "that line" anymore.. going through the self serve machines whenever I want, because I don't need to ask for a pack of Marlboro smooths!

not knowing, or caring, how much the price of cigarettes are anymore :D
ain't that the truth, it's been 40 years since I could smell my own soap at the END of the day.

Not being in a panic about being unemployed because I'm not smoking my way through my savings. (The downside is that there's less of a fire under my .... to find a new job.)

Looking at my spreadsheet, which I no longer check every day, and realizing that as of today I have saved a net of $9,000.
No longer feeling like New York City and State expect me to make up their budget deficit all by myself (my brand went to about $12.50 a pack in July thanks to the newest tax.)

That's the bad thing about real cities... You have to be, or should be in one in order to make the big money ... but then they try to nail you to the wall for everything. Pay a trillion in taxes, spend what a whole car should cost on traffic violations that are impossible to avoid, god forbid you get pulled over, don't carry a gun anywhere even though you probably will die if you go to where you can make the most money without one ... etc etc etc

I love cities but wow

Not having to go nuts cos your lighter ran out of gas, flints or the disposable just quit or that you left the house without one!

Not having to use that pristine cigar lighter in the new car(if it has one) and burnin your finger or dropping it if you did use it.

Not having that Glare when lighting up whilst driving at night.

Gotta love it!

:vapor::vapor:

I love that cause I actually recently lost my second zippo three weeks ago, and I could care less.
