The Nano

Now I'm whining! Just got my Nanos. Filled the first one. I didn't have any taste problems, my HHV RY4 tasted awesome! BUT, after I took about 7 or 8 drags I was done for a while. I took the nano off the batt and stood it up on a Kleenex... LEAKING! Not a puddle or anything, but definitely a few good drops from just sitting there. Looks like I'll have to do some fiddling (when I'm done with that I'll troubleshoot the nano lmao)...

Would getting one of these bottles make filling these things any easier?

Absolutely! I suggested SI carry these right after I got my first order, along with some other things. Response back was they are always looking to expand their product selection, so maybe... In the meantime, go for it, they would definitely make filling a breeze!

Yup it would, but then on the other hand it adds more steps to filling. Once you fill them once it's pretty easy to get the hang of it.

There are some places that just sell the needle cap, so it would just be a matter of finding one threaded to your existing bottle...
Plus I'm about to start DIYing, so I guess I could just mix right into the bottle.

Wouldn't you wanna make sure they're working, prepped/primed/broken in and ready to go? I'd hate to find that stuff out away from home...
If you test them and not use them, you won't crud up the coil, and PG takes forever to evaporate.

I will fill them a few days before. Maybe I should wash them out first to make sure they taste okay when I put the juice in.

Pre-washing doesn't sound like a bad idea. Then you'd have plenty of time to make sure they're dry!

I was thinking the same thing, but didn't want to be the "bad huy" and suggest it. Guess I'm a woos.

If the ONE that I opened is just a dud, I will open another one and try it. I just dont want to open more if they are all going to do the same thing. That is why I am trying to figure out if it only one or two people or a lot of people. I love SI and their products, so much so that I havent even bothered to look at anyone else to buy things from. Additionally, WHENEVER there has been an issue; they have been fantastic.

These are what I used today to fill my Nano's up when they arrived. Really easy, fast and clean. Love these bottles. One of the places I buy juice from sends it to you in these. And I just save them when empty.

Found the place but not so easy to create. Besides, got to thinking, this should be done by SI ! First one I tried was screwed up.

Is there a temporary fix for the burning taste?? Soaking it for a half hour wasn't the answer...........................Can the caps stay off or do they always have to be back on in 30 seconds once removed? (I know that sounds stupid, just thought I would ask

Also; when I got home, I washed out the ONE Nano I was using with really hot tap water (it gets pretty hot at that faucet). The first time I took a smell of the Nano and it smelled like it tasted so I took it back to the sink and ran it again. I didnt really let it dry, I just added more juice (ry4/caramel apple 50/50) and then puffed until it produced vapor. Strangely, it worked just fine this time. The taste is gone and all is well.

I don't know what changed but I plan to wash all of them out prior to using them moving forward. Still, I give it a tie.......I like the Nano if it continues to work like this but the price of the CE3 makes it a tie.

Got mine today. Filled one up to try it, the taste was awful. Let it set for an hour and still yucky taste. I emptied it out and soaked it for awhile and then refilled. It's working great. No leaks, taste is good, good vapor. I filled my other 2 after soaking them and no leaks, good taste. I like em!!!

What are you soaking it in?
