All of mine are LP Grands, except the blue one and Db's silver vein those are LP/SL (Superlight) Grands. Same thing as the LP's just slotted to have less material so they're lighter.
Left is a Grand, Right is a Mini. Both are Lp's. (low profile deck) The LP's afford you to run many different bottom fed atty's. The regulars, not so much.

The Grand's run with an 18650 battery and hold 6mls while the Mini's run with an 18490 battery and hold 3mls. Mostly use the mini's for changing out flavors a lot. The Grand's are pretty much dedicated to my favorites.

Lynn as much as it pains me to say this, our hands are probably about the same size. You will be fine with either.
Don't have an MVP to compare but from what I have seen in pictures, the Grand is smaller than an MVP so you should be fine.

Google is our friend! Front and side by side. The Grand, The MVP and the Grand Woody. The Mini is about a1/2 an inch wider and taller than the iStick! 
Pretty sure it would take both of your hands and maybe a bit more to make up one of mine!

Eh it is what it is, a PS4 controller fits perfect in them and I am pretty dangerous with it. So for me it's all good

I still think I'd be able to fit a grand. No one I know has anything like them for me to look at.
