Can someone please explain to me what the new 510 connector is and why it's so different or better than what's already there? I'm so confused!!

Adjustable and more durable in several ways (gasket doesn't crush as easily, SS instead of brass threading, positive pin is larger diameter). The hole for juice to flow through is also larger so squonking is easier.

That being said, if you aren't having any problems with your current connector, I wouldn't worry about it. I sent in my Mini LP for a new connector because I hoopled the old one.

Or simply, Dripping In Cars Kills, or D.I.C.K.

Used in a sentence: Do you know D.I.C.K.?

Thought about it but didn't think any one would get killed when the car was parked. Of course there could always be the one poor schmuck with a rediculacly low ohm coils and a short!

I'll likely be putting up one of my lp grands soon. not that I don't love them, I just need to build up my vaping fund again.

Edit: the question is, do I get the spa treatment and 510 replacement before I put it up?

If you do, you will more than get your spa and 510 money back on it.

My option differs, the spa treatment will be about $45 IIRC then shipping, I'm not sure you can raise the price $50 bucks or more above what old 510 Reos are going for as that will push it to the price range of a new one.

Other than having a longer tube nipple it's self adjusting I think. I'm not really sure but it seems to be like a Fat Daddy.

Adjustable 510's are the way to go for sure! Copper contacts ain't too shabby either..

Not self adjusting, but that would be awesome! It has a set screw that uses a 1.5mm hex to adjust.

Watch this from superx...splains it all...

So decided to goof around with some vaping gear and built the chalice III for the first time at 1 ohm. AFC was a little fiddly, but got it dialed in. My worries about draw were unfounded. It draws just fine with thick vapor from that small chamber. Going back and forth using my nuppin and chalice comparing them. Enjoying them both.
