Well I witnessed BF 1st hand this am, not like on the video but yup it has hit Canada. My wife was surprised I didn't know about it. She stated it is a form of preventing cross border shoppers. Sales in our neck of the woods was nothing to write home about, basically HST+5% or 20% off. As stated nothing to write home about. I hoped back in my truck an headed home. I will shop on Tuesday in peace and tranquillity.

We are sorry but we do not accept Visa or Master Card debit cards for payment.
Many Canadian issued cards have proven problematic. The banking institutions (especially CIBC) are aware of this and are working on a solution. Until such time as they fix the problem and these become mainstream, we simply can no longer accept them.

Switched you used to oxidize the whole wick 
The last batch of pre-oxidized wicks that I received only have their tips oxidized. I don't use them in a genesis tank, but I cut them into pieces to use in my Phoenix RBAs
Now I have to get a blow torch
