I had the same issue JP. I sent it in and Roger over at Opus Vapor really went above and beyond to get me hooked up. The customer service they provide is on par with the Mighty Drew at Nhaler, just amazing. After all was said and done, it turned out to be my charger had a short in it. I would suggest you check on your charger first, maybe you have something similar to my problem. I sent my original Opus in, they put a new board in it and sent it back. When I couldn't get it to charge, they replaced my Opus and sent a new charger as well. When I sent mine back I sent the old charger and they were able to isolate the fault. They would not quit until I was satisfied and taken care of. They kept in contact throughout and even 2 weeks after they sent the new one just to ensure all was good. My new Opus has been working perfectly. The folks over at Opus Vapor, especially Roger, are good people, they will take care of you buddy.
