Nothing will be close to doing some fresh drips on a fully charged battery... I don't know why I waste my time with these tanks... A kayfun has never impressed me... any suggestions? so I don't die driving and dripping.

The SQuape Reloaded is the closest thing to dripping that I have found amongst tanks I've used. However, I've never tried a Fogger v4 but have heard it performs as well as a SQuape R.

Just received mine yesterday. Wanted to chime in with a few thoughts as well as some questions....

The build quality on mine seems pretty good EXCEPT for the screws and holes (as previously mentioned by other owners). I lost 2 of the screws before even digging into the actual build process - a few of them slide in and out of the holes, hence why they just flew out, rather than staying screwed in. My top cap and tank screw together fine and the tank looks nice overall.

My biggest issue is LEAKING. I've been using a Kayfun for several months and at this point can build Kayfuns with ease. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to set this tank up without leaking. The first build I did was a 1ohm single-coil with a long wick that wrapped around the entire deck to prevent any leaking from the extra chambers/airhole. Intense leaking. I then did this again and per a suggestion I read, shoved some extra cotton to block up the extra juice channels. Lots of leaking. I then decided that perhaps the single-coil build is the issue so I built a dual-coil .6ohm setup and set it up as I would a single-coil Kayfun. Leaking everywhere. I then read how sometimes using a LOT of cotton + really plugging the juice holes (opposite of the Kayfun) is the way to go - but again, leaking.

I exclusively fill my Kayfun via the bottom fill hole, but I learned the top-fill method to fill this tank. I followed it step by step, every time, and when I finally turn the tank rightside up everything just leaks rapidly out of the airholes. I'm comfortable building coils and wicking setups, but this is giving me issues unlike anything else. Anyone have any advice? Perhaps someone is having the same issue and has been able to solve it? Perhaps it's even my top-fill method, so if someone can point me to a foolproof guide on that I'm willing to give it a shot!

Final Verdict: My Kayfun clone has never given me close to as much trouble in the 3+ months I've had it than this has in 1 night. So there's that....

Im currently looking for the size of those screws. I found out its an issue with the actual screws, they are very poorly machined. I think it is a 1/32 but im not sure. If you figure it out let me know.

I love all my Kayfuns just love em!
But this Orchid is alright in my book... Not sure what you guys are doing wrong my Orchid hits like a mother effing BEAST!! It's too strong think I have to lower my nic level.
Yes, a 2 piece chimney would have been nice, and an easier way to fill. Ordered the Top Fill replacement top cap for 5 bucks so that should fix that issue.
The Allen head screws have me a little worried about stripping and getting stuck. Will try and find some Phillips heads that will fit. But hey it was 20 BUCKS! Build quality is good especially for the price.

Just run a little bit of wick material down the juice channel. I'm using heavy VG Boba's and it's keeping up!

I like it a lot! For the price I don't find a problem that would stop me from recommending this to anyone looking for a Kayfun style dual coil RBA.

I must have gotten lucky,my screws stay in tight.I just got mine today, and read some of the bad reviews before i tried it,so i was ready for disappointment, but i have to say,i think this thing is great. The only problem i have with it is the plastic tank, which i knew it had so no biggie,i have a nano glass set and a full size glass set coming that i bought for my kayfun,so if these fit, then this orchid should be perfect.I set it up with the 2 coils coming in at .9 and wicked them with rayon, all i can say is wow.I did get some leaking when i first filled it,which was probably my fault,i forgot to cover the air holes, but after a few hits, the leaking stopped, and all is good now.

Where is this top fill cap for $5???

I've still been using mine and have actually been doing a bottom fill. The chimney is long enough to stay in the top cap with the bottom of the tank unscrewed. Its not the easiest fill but I can fill it to the brim without dripping juice all over the place.

As for the leaking I'm not having any more issues with it then my fogger. Just pack the wick heavy :)

Ill go get this thing out of the trash if you can get me a tank that will fit this thing, also a top fill cap aswell as some screws.

Yeah, pull that thing out, don't give up that easy.I have the nano kit,i will empty the tank here in a few minutes and see if it fits,i should have the full size quartz kit tommorow,so i will try it too. Both the full size and nano quartz kits are from fasttech, the nano kit is less than $5,and the full size is less than $6.They are also the ones selling the top fill cap,it is like $5 and some change,i just bought that today,so it will be a while before i know if it will fit or not,but since they say kayfun parts are compatible with this,i'm guessing it should fit.As far as the screws, not sure on that one,but i'm guessing someone will figure out a fix within a few days,so like i said i wouldn't give up just yet.I like my kayfuns, and i love my foggers, but this thing is out performing them both so far.

Just got my Orchid today and put a build on it. To my surprise it is actually pretty decent, especially being my first tank and first build. One of the screws would not screw in with the coil, so I swapped it for one of the spares. The tank screwed on pretty good for me. Yes, it started to leak when I filled it too much, but it stopped after. I put on a dual micro .87 ohm using rayon wick. Pulled the coils as far over, and as close to the air holes as I could.

Seems to hit very well and I get pretty good flavor. I like the look too. I would say it is definitely worth $20.

Ok,i can definitely confirm now, that the fasttech nano quartz kit does fit this. You will lose quite a bit of the capacity though,as the metal ends on the nano kit are very close to the chimney, but for someone who wants a nano orchid with a glass tank,it will work.I want the higher capacity,so as soon as my full size glass kit gets here, hopefully tommorow,i will try it and post it up.

Mind sending a link? Also anyone know what kinda screws I can replace with this thing.

also with the full sized glass tank, what would you need to do about a chimney? the KFL chimney isnt big enough to accommodate the dual coil deck.

If I can fix the screws, and toss this wonkey plastic this thing might be worth wile.

Ive been trying to figure out the screws myself. I measured the screw at 1/32 but not sure where to go from there. If anyone can help let me know. If you find screws for it link me a page so i can buy some. Personally i love the tank, just need to get rid of the screws and the little bit of leaking when filling the tank.

Sure no problem.
Here is the link for the nano kit
$4.60 Kayfun Quartz Tank Nano Kit at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Here is the full size kit
$4.89 Kayfun Quartz Tank Kit - stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
here is the top cap
$5.82 Replacement Top Cap for Custom Kayfun Top Cap RBA - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
And here is how the orchid looks with the nano kit,as well as what i mentioned about the very close fit between the ring and the chimney. It is not that close by the glass, just the top and bottom metal rings, the juice will still make it through just fine though,it fits the same way on my kayfun.I just realized in the pic showing the tank, there is a gap at the top,no worries it does screw all the way on,i had loosened it up to take the top off and then thought about taking the picture,so the top will screw all the way down.

I think the chimney on this may be long enough to reach the top cap with the full size tank,i will know for sure tommorow, just got confirmation that it will be delivered tommorow. With the nano kit this chimney comes all the way through the hole in the top cap and sits right inside the bottom of my drip tip,so i think it should be ok with the bigger one.As for the screws,i will check around and see what i can find out,i'm sure someone will be able to find out what to use.Even though mine fit good,i would still like to find some that size with a phillips head, that little allen wrench that came with it is super small, and will be very easy to lose.

Now i see what you meant about the bottom filling, that makes sense.I was trying everything i could think of trying to get the bottom off without the chimney coming off too haha.
