I am having a hissy fit trying to get the legs cut off! When I bend them back and forth they break off before the insulator
Are you inserting the metal bottom stem before you break them off?

What do you mean when you say they break off before the insulator? Theres still wire stickng out?
Hmmmm. Mine always break off perfectly. I hold the wire real close to the insulator and start moving it around. If I run my finger around the edges I can barely feel the wire after it breaks off. I use 30ga on the PT2's btw

It can be frustrating. Ya just gotta keep at it. Once you get it, itll be like riding a bike. Try it with some thinner kanthal and let us know how that goes
I wonder if the guy forgot to pay his hosting bill! If this is a hosting company problem, I would change immediately if this happened to my site! Oh well.
I mean, servers do go down from time to time. Like, if the hard drive that stores that site died (or one Hd died in the rack) then it would take some time for the server to rebuild the data on the new drive before it could be live again. Even ECF has gone down before.
if where its hosted uses a storage device...one drive going back wont take it down (unless its a consumer level device), if there are no spare disks, then the raid would go into degraded mode and run slower till the disk was replaced, and then it will only shut down after 24 hours, and only needs a reboot then to come back up into degraded mode and will be good for 24 hours again, unless they change the raid timeout settings. That will happen until the disk is replaced
Though I will have to say my experience in this is from enterprise level equipment, which a hosting company should be using

I think Tupak or Shane....or Rooboy broke it. I'm not tech saavy so cant say for certain. thought I'd drop here and see if it was wide spread or just on my end.
