Do you think I could talk Mrs Punkin into getting one of these for cooking "healthier" meals with ease? Heck if they are easy to use I could do the cooking! :)
Yes. If it's easier to use, why not? And there's no reason you can't throw stuff in it as well. Mr. V can cook a few things in our slow cooker now. :)

Hmm, "Wino Wednesday" has a nice ring to it!

I ducked out quickly at the end of today so nobody could tell me I have to come in tomorrow! I seriously need a haircut, have to go to the tag place to renew my car registration because I forgot to mail it in (again), and have a new wine rack I need to put together. Plus maybe 150 other things....

We don't do stickers any more. PA thought that might save the state a few bucks. Sounded like a good idea to me. Now they need to put that new found wealth into making our driver's license compatible for use as ID to travel without charging us extra.

Exactly! So we don't have to shell out $100+ for a passport to be able to fly from one state to another.

WHEN CAN I GET THE REAL ID LICENSE OR ID CARD?

The REAL ID license and ID card will be available to customers in Spring 2019. System, building infrastructure, and process changes will be necessary for Pennsylvania to issue REAL ID-compliant cards.

HOW MUCH WILL THE REAL ID COST?

Customers will pay a one-time fee of $30, plus a renewal fee (current renewal fee is $30.50 for a four-year non-commercial driver’s license or a photo ID). The expiration date of the initial REAL ID product will include any time remaining on their existing non-REAL ID product, plus an additional four years, unless the customer is over 65 and has a two-year license. This expiration date structure means that the customer won’t “lose” time that they’ve already paid for. After the initial REAL ID product expires, the customer will pay no additional fee, beyond regular renewal fees, to renew a REAL ID product.

IF MY DRIVER'S LICENSE EXPIRES BEFORE REAL IDS ARE AVAILABLE, DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RENEW MY LICENSE AND PAY AGAIN TO GET A REAL ID?

Yes. You must renew your driver's license when it expires; do not drive with an expired license. It will be optional and voluntary to change your current license to a REAL ID. However, if you choose to get a REAL ID when they are available, your REAL ID expiration date will reflect any remaining time on your current license, plus four years.

Unless the price of license renewal goes up till then. ( count on that ) I've seen it rise 2x in one year.:lol:
Won't get in to CDL prices but I'm looking at 150.00 if I want one. The funny thing is CDL already has everything on record plus some that's required for Real ID.:lol:

Good morning!

We can add the Real ID thing when we renew, if we bring the appropriate papers. I didn't know about it, so didn't bring the stuff. Mr. V has his class A, and got the Real ID when he renewed. He can fly, but I guess I have to walk. Might lose a few pounds on the way.
