Good morning! Wow, that would be wonderful. We're supposed to see 60 by the end of the week. It would be nice if some of this snow melted, but not looking forward to the flooding if it melts too darn fast.

Driveway has ice in spots and mud in others. blech.

New water heater installed!
Is the good news...
Since we emptied the tank yesterday, the plumber is only going to charge 1 hr of labor. :)
Is the better news...
Since this tank only lasted less than 4 years and we paid an up charge on the last replacement, the new tank is FREE! :rickroll:
Is the best news...
Now I am going to go take a shower. :thumb:

Good morning all.

Things are still crazy busy here. Down to the last few details trying to close the office down. Its nearly to the point where I can throw my crap in the air, yell "eff it", and walk out.

Weather is warm-ish and dreary. I think we're supposed to get some rain today, but i'm not certain. Oh well.

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Chicken was good, I ended up with green beans and garlic toast as sides. Next time I'll use less hot peppers, it ended up a bit too spicy.

It's mushy and muddy out, not to worry though it will snow again on Monday. Come on Spring!
