Chicken was good, I ended up with green beans and garlic toast as sides. Next time I'll use less hot peppers, it ended up a bit too spicy.

It's mushy and muddy out, not to worry though it will snow again on Monday. Come on Spring!
Agreed, I'm really ready for Spring!

Mornin' all. Today is the last day. As of noon, I SHOULD be out of a job. But, that means I can start drinking at noon. So... not all bad. :D

Sorry to hear you had snow again, V. But visualizing Victor made me smile.

Yesterday's interview went well, but she didnt feel I would be a good fit for any of the positions she had open. However, she did say in a month or two they would be opening up a Maintenance Manager position that she thought I would be the "perfect fit for".

The higher ups here are still trying to figure out how to keep me on board with them... The Fleet Manager is moving/transferring/quitting or something. My boss's boss is wanting me to take it, but I've gotten no information beyond that. It would be a work-from-home position, so that would be good.

I was signed up for the "Shamrock Run" 4 mile race tomorrow... but it's cancelled due to media fear-mongering. I mean... COVID-19.

Well, that's about all the news thats news here.... Hope everyone has a good day and weekend. Since I'm turning my computer in, this may be my last update for a while. If anyone wants to reach me for anything, I'm on FB and Instagram.

Love you guys!

And good morning. Off to the grrstore to get corned beef. It's $3.49# today, so I'll get one for the weekend and one for the freezer. While I'm there I'll make sure to get too close to all the other people at the meat counter and see if any freak out and run away.

Good luck at the grr store. I stopped on the way home yesterday for my usual weekly trip, it was a madhouse! Had to circle the parking lot three times to find a spot that wasn't in the back forty. And I've never seen the store so crowded!

The TP and pasta aisles were so jammed that I skipped them. But strangely the pet food aisle was empty. :( Oh, and the bananas were almost gone!

What are they doing with it all? We get the 45 pk it last use at least a year. Ya theirs only 2 of us but.:lol:

Mr. V went to Walletmart early this morning to get blueberries for me. He said the TP aisle was completely bare. So we have people with TP stacked all over there houses now? I need orange juice, lets see how the dollar store is looking.

People are so freaking strange....

Can't like that Drott. :( How's the knee feeling?

Mr. V went over to a friends house and came home with a nordictrack elliptical. It's huge and right inside my back doorway. He best have his FA on that thing every day that I have to walk around it. I can't do it because it moves your arms. I'll sit on a chair and cheer him on. Maybe I'll put my feet up and have a beer.
