Punkin, we're waiting on the big tank to be delivered. Of course because it's winter, the propane guys are seriously backed up.

I sympathize on the USPS thing, try calling your local PO and ask them to look into it. I had to do lots of that when we did most of our shipping via USPS. Our local one is really getting on my last nerve, we have a new route driver and when we were pulling out of the driveway last week she was squatted down ...... in the driveway. Gee lady, at least toddle into the woods a few feet so you're not mooning us. I didn't really care about that, but we're really getting sick of picking up her soda cans and food wrappers. No one else comes up our road except the UPS guy and it sure isn't him. No gift in the mailbox this year, that's for sure.

Don't hesitate to call your local office! Also if it's something you have a tracking number for, do an online inquiry - sometimes that jogs it enough to get it moving again.

WOW FV! I'd also be more concerned with the trash she leaves, rather than the other. I can understand that part, especially if y'all are super rural (no rest stops).

Do any of you have a fit bit?
Not me. What all are they helpful for??

RIP Laverne, Penny Marshall... :(
Agreed. :( Just heard about that this afternoon.

I hadn't heard about Lavern.

There's an outhouse right up the road at the town hall, she can use that. If she continues her trash tossing I'll stop in the PO and let Mary know what's going on.

FitBit tracks your steps, heart rate and stuff like that. I'm thinking it might shame us into exercising more. I did have Mr. V move the exercise bike from the garage to the spare room. It's in there laughing at my FA.

So I'm thinking of a new phone. Just having a hard time justifying it. It still works good But it is old. Whish I knew how much longer they will keep updating the software for it. Trade-in value is only 65. So it would be worth more to me as an emergency back up. Hubby doesn't care what ever you want. I'd be gaining speed, water resistant in 3 feet of water for 30 min, screen size and a 6x better camera.

Why not? I'd get it. Even with kids over here. I refuse to live without stuff just so I can give $ to them when I kick it. They have their own money, a few of them have a heck of a lot more than we do.

And good afternoon!

What she said!

We had to run to the city to buy Mr. V a new pair of boots. The sole of his right boot fell completely off, I think it was a bit past time. Then we went to Pizza Ranch for dinner. I still need to grrshop for Christmas dinner. ugh.

I've decided my contribution will be deviled eggs. :) I love the way they hard boil in the IP, even quicker than my old rice cooker method! And Ian and Andy have always been BIG fans!

I agree on Mr V's boots, a bit past time! LOL!

It's hard to believe the postal holiday season is almost at the end!!:banana::banana::headbang::headbang::headbang::rickroll::rickroll::rickroll::party::party::party:

And please keep our early guy Billy in your thoughts. They released him from the hospital, but his brother believes it was only to "lighten the load" for the holiday. :( They still aren't sure what's wrong with him, but appear to be deciding between Colitis and Crohn's. He's lost a LOT of weight, which he never had to spare. And he still can't eat real food without it zipping right on through. :(
